hey guys, I wanted to share this budget friendly diy with you. Let me know if you have any questions by leaving a comment.
Supplies
Candles - dollar tree
paint - acrylic paint 70 cents (Michaels or Joanns)
clear Elmers glue - amzn.to/3UyGtI5
dried flowers - amzn.to/40X8dsg
can you burn the candle with the dried flower?
What kind of glue did you use?
I don't always end up watching things just as you post them, but I do enjoy your videos a lot. You have a very nice, soothing and calming voice.
One of these days I'm going to get around to making incense burner in air dry clay (maybe not like your mushroom ... but maybe like it =)
Oh thank you so much for ur kind words!! I really appreciate it :)
Very pretty and cute!
Thank you ☺️
This video is so calming, and you have such good diy ideas. I was just wondering what type of paint you used, and if it would be safe to burn the candles with flowers and/or paint.
Thank you! I used acrylic paint and those ones are safe to burn. And then the ones with the dried flowers, I only use those as decorative candles so I don’t light those
Is the paint flammable?
So far for me, I haven’t had any issues. The most that’s happened is like wherever I painted a little figure it just kind of like melted down, but always just make sure to keep an eye on it if you light the candle.
