I was just wondering if you need to wear a mask if you're using pre mixed uv resin? Ive never used resin before because of the mixing and caution but i recently bought some uv resin to apply to painted air dry clay projects for a shiny but not sticky finish

My clay is not drying after 10hrs of modelling😢, please help

Is it possible to sand this before painting or will I just have newspaper shreds everywhere? Maybe if I used a primer first like modge podge or gesso? 🤔 Any help would be appreciated. Paint by numbers has really changed over the years. My granddaughter had one made for me of my dog and I can’t wait to start it. Yours came out beautifully!

If your project cannot tolerate shrinkage, consider 2-part epoxy sculpting clay. Strong as a rock, no oven, no fridge. Great stuff.

Love the board game idea

For other people who don't like the clay sticking to the roller: use a roller made of porous material, such as wood (not varnished wood). Clay tends to stick to non-porous surfaces!

I think Mont marte are not that good. Cuz I bought it and I have straggle with this clay it's very sticky. So yeah.

I've searched for the right clay too, but it so depends on what you make with it. I found the right airdry clay in a mix between hearty and modena (Japanese clay) I needed a clay that could be rolled out very thin without cracking. And off course not break, because I make flowers of clay. It's well worth the effort to keep searching for the right clay for your projects. If you find it your work becomes so much more enjoyable en easier. Greetings from the Netherlands Constance

Air clay does not last as long as clay that you bake. 😉

Some clays need to be covered as drying so not to crack … especially if you are wetting it first

Where I’m from here in Colorado they used to have a craft store that sold kits like this and I made a whole bunch of them for Christmas and for myself for my mom etc.. I love doing this.❤TFS do you have directions for this other than what you just showed us
