its calming to see someone on other Side of Earth Goes through what ive been through and now made it on Freelancing , btw i just started freelancing and its now goin well , ALSO CREATING CONTENT , love from iran man Keep up the good content i love it and we need it .
thank you for the video peter, that was really interesting to hear not only opinion of yours but also to hear others with different backgrounds and jobs!
great vid, btw how do you have 2 separate profiles on upwork? i thought that was against tos, I want to start a separate account for coding but im scared of getting banned
After 4 years I realized that it is actually very risky thing to do, I would even somewhat compare it to having a startup. Freelancing is good as a side thing but not a main thing, so doing it while having a job or while doing a startup/side-business etc... or if you live in a cheaper country and online projects compared to your home country salary are simply much higher. But that is a good question and I would need to think more to give a better answer
I want to start freelancing full-time as a full stack developer & I am really good at full stack. I am looking for a advice related to freelancing. Because all I heard from anyone that the freelance marketplace are very saturated and it's just waste of time.
@@looyd probably not, but with a little bit of luck with 1 expert in chat you would be able to do things faster, and it's one step at a time just do it for 3h a week in a specific day this might create you a following that i think will fit your "i did it so can you" type of channel
@@looyd maybe u can livestream the work which u do in freelancing and show us the exact process I am sure many would be interested including myself only if ur employer is ok with it tho
Hi friend, I like to watch your videos, they do motivate and sometimes demotivate too haha, right now im lrarning html, css, js and react and want to become a freelancer, but as far as I understood i will have literally zero chances to get a job if I dont take a nietche after all of that?
I would honestly say yea, the chances are low, unless you try finding a job/freelancing thing Locally by going to small businesses and ask them whether they need help with their website, automation etc.. then your chances are higher. See at 07:20, Alem is from the UK and he is getting a lot of jobs from just going door to door and offering Software Development Services.
05:32 my bad, fish was drowning had to save her

Why didn’t you pursue a career? Why stick with upwork and freelancing especially if you’ve been doing this for 4 years
