Random question - struggling to get the fresh water fill cap off. Is there a knack to it? Many thanks

Is the cap spinning when you're trying to unlock it? If so, put the key in the lock and turn 90 degrees and try again :)

I had the same problem last night messing with it for a hour I found a video on TH-cam done it no problem if it’s spinning lock it turn it anti clockwise with a bit of force should open
