For the 11m band the bottom of the antenna should have a minimum height above ground of 18ft, 36ft being the optimum. End fed antenna's radiate from the bottom only 2 to 3ft up. To improve power loss buy some LMR400 coax or 213. RG-58 (50 ohm) is about 0.195", lossy, suitable only for mobile installations (typically < 20 feet, < 150 watts). RG-8X (50 ohm) Suitable for medium power (~350 watts), HF and Lo-VHF. RG-8 and RG-213 (50 ohm) Suitable for higher power (~1800 watts) at HF. LMR-400 are popular “very low-loss”. 73's
