    Recipe:
    2 cups of Chickpea
    ½ cup of Mushroom Shiitake
    ½ cup Onion
    ½ cup Carrot
    2 cloves Garlic
    Water as needed
    1 cup Oatmeal (quick-cooking/instant)
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Onion Powder
    Mushroom seasoning
    Wheat Bread
    Onion, sliced
    Tomato, sliced
    Cucumber, sliced
    Roman Lettuce
    Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
    Procedure:
    1. Lightly pulse the beans in a food processor, leaving some chunks for texture, or partially mash them with a potato masher. Place the beans into a large bowl.
    2. Finely chop the rest of the ingredients using food processor. Transfer to the beans bowl and mix well.
    3. Add half by half amount of the oatmeal to the mixture as a binder. And add water as needed to make a mold-able patty. Form the mixture into palm-size patties about ⅜-inch thick.
    4. Coat the patty with oatmeal. Cook in the non-stick pan without oil until its slightly brownish at the surface.
    5. Serve the patty with the Wheat bread to make a Sandwich.
