My first legendary was a lvl 8 or 9 DPUH playing with my brother, it was on the firehawk map in one of the lockers in the first camp section. The funniest thing though is my brother was running up ahead and i asked him "why aren't you opening lockers? You can get money or better weapons." Immediately before getting the DPUH

Something about Tina pots i wanted to mention from my experience. Waaaay back before Handsome collection came out i was farming all SDU's and max eridium on all characters. I would shoot the pots on the way to Ancient Dragons. and on about my 4th character which was Gaige. My most hated character of course. One of the runs i got a fire Bearcat. Safe to say my 15 year old self was overjoyed. Weird to think that was nearly 10 years ago. Never seen a legendary in a dumpster/locker or any kind or a pot. But a Pearl apparently so! I still have that exact bearcat in the bank on Gaige to this day.

What I learned from this video is that Dahl has assault rifles and indeed you can only find them in trash cans ☠️☠️☠️

@@Don69420 that's crazy, I've only gotten pearls from Uranus, midgets, and omgwtf. And I've still yet to get a gen2 because I refuse to chubby farm.

Using the binomial formula we can see some intereasting statistics, the chance to get exactly one legendary or pearly in that time is 34.56%, the chance to get less than one (no drop) was 50.3%, the chance to get at least one or more is 49.68%. This shows that Joltz got Very slightly lucky when farming. If he did 109 more dumpsters and did not get a drop then he would be slightly unlucky, with more than 50% of simulations already giving a drop at 9902 trails.

I find it funny you did this video, because it makes me realize that i am incredibly lucky. In my first ever playthrough on bl2 i got a slaga at lv 10, then at lv35 i got a infinity, and at lv 60 i got a sniper but i forget witch one. All from dumpsters

I remember many years ago I got a Madhous out of a dumpster while doing 3:10 to Kaboom in Lynchwood. Even though I had heard it was a trash gun, I was happy. I still am all these years later.

I've only ever gotten a legendary from a dumpster once, it was a rapid infinity, and it was at the happy pig motel, kinda funny since the infinity farm is right next to it

Man I was rooting for the hellfire because that’s the first legendary I ever got on my first bl1 playthrough. And it came from the dumpster!! The hellfire was my first legendary in bl2 as well!

I love these niche farms! I know it isn't as exciting since I don't think you can get a legendary but I'd love to see purple/etech from a weird sources like a gas tank, an ice sculpture in the fridge, or from a LWT-Loader (you'd have to open it without killing it to add to the challenge)

I once got a pitchfork from a dumpster in Thousand Cuts normal mode and the thing carried me so hard. Still my favourite sniper to this day because of that :D

I did a one life Zane years ago and beat it first try with little routing. The game is too easy.

My first ever legendary in BL2 was a dumpster infinity in Lynchwood of all places. To this day I cannot believe it as I figured at that point boss legendaries weren't a thing.
I once found a matching grip DPUH in one of the lockers in the Lynchwood train station.

I did find a Hellfire smg in BL TPS once, in a closet in Concordia right beside Earl's shop.
I don't know about BL2 tho because I only played it for about 100 hours before going back to BL1 since you know... BL2 is the actual dumpster.
