This apartment is very nice! I like that there is so much going on, right outside the front door. I also like the idea of making it an open concept style by eliminating the wall between the kitchen & living rm. that would make a HUGE difference. The big porch is great too! Keep em coming!
I'd do that wall to the kitchen like you said or maybe a wide arched doorway, but then you couldn't have your cabinets on the kitchen wall you mentioned.😮 Can that end storage room be made into a bath? That blue tile in the one bath definitely stands out. I doubt there are any buildings this new, by several hundred years, in the Centro storico. Maybe it's your microphone, but I couldn't hear any traffic sound even when you were on the balcony. I missed seeing Olivia and the pups.😢 Ciao! 😊😊😊
Olivia was out with Friends. Boys had to be at Nico's Dog Village in Arezzo because we couldn't fit them in car... Nice to have friends visit. I always laugh to myself when people talk about how they are going to miss their friends "Back Home" when they move to Italy. You WILL spend more time with friends and family here then you did back there (unless you saw them everyday). Not sure about a bath in storage... Would have to check water and waste water options. Hard in an apartment building. Wall going down is a must if possible. Then I would do a big island with storage underneath all around and a good overhang on all four sides. That would be very cool AND functional for eating, cook prep, and just hanging out. Thanks Werner 😀
Very nice. The only major negative I see is the distance between the master bedroom and the bathroom. I wonder if you could squeeze a half or quarter bath in that adjacent closet space.
Half bath would be cool. Asking Price is €165K. Maybe get them down 10% and use it to make a bathroom. Problem is running water and waste water to it… 🤷🏼♂️

Concerning PF...put small water bottle in freezer, roll your foot on it 3-4 times a day for about 5 minutes. It did wonders for me 😊

I was just kidding. We have half the stuff in kitchen since we moved. We shop 4/5X a week and keep less on hand. The farmers market here is awesome!
