Thank you! This saved me $300 by doing myself. Cant believe the Nissan dealership is so greedy. Be sure to check to make sure the handle and lock work before putting the door back on. Also I did this without unhooking the mirror behind the door and light at the bottom. You can get the handle off and on with those still hooked up. Also when putting the door back on there is small white latch at the top on mirror side that the door has to slide behind that to get it to fit right at the top. You can do it!

Hardest part was getting the wires unclipped with my bad eyes.

Thank you! Took me about 35 min from when I found the video to when it was done and working well! The hardest part was getting the silly little black panel off inside the handle, but I just needed to use a flat metal tool, as opposed to the lil screwdriver I was attempting it with. Thank you!

I almost paid to have this done, but then I read a comment here that someone’s wife did this and another guy’s grandson, so I did it myself and it took a half hour. Everything i needed I got on Amazon for less than $45 total including the door handle and tools. Thanks 👍

Took me a little longer than an hour only because I did it by myself (65 year old retiree) and had to try to balance the frame while reconnecting the bottom light but I got it done. As he says, keep that smaller mirror connector hooked up and unhook the longer connector in the back, it's easier that way. Again, thank you.

Question, what about the harness wire for the window panel, the white plug that I plug into my window panel seem to have a fuse blown in one of the sockets and I’m not sure how to replace the harness wire. Is it plug a simple plug for that or should I probably leave it to a professional since it’s a wiring problem?

Usually when a fuse blows you have a shoted wire to ground, or a bad part in the circuit. I have no other answers for you.
