Any girl that sits there and tells another girl whose upset about their makeover to get "get over it" is because they are either getting extensions or happy with their look. A prime example is the girl who went last!!! easily saying the other one should not be crying due to how the industry is always changing...but then cried herself when she realised her hair was being hacked off.
On Antm cycles 2,3, and 5 they had girls who got hair extensions saying I don't know why are crying it just hair if they tables were turned they would probably be upset too.
If you can't handle your hair getting chopped off, you will not survive the industry. "You need to lose 20 lbs, your legs are too skinny, you have terrible skin, you are cross-eyed, your bust is uneven" etc, etc.

Tiffany was better with longish hair, it was beautiful, she had that gorgeous silky hair that was thick just enough, but not too much, mostly at the back, you could make lovely hairdos with it, this what she has now is shit... none of it works... they also should not have made Charlotte blonde, it is cheap and basis, she looks like an instagram wannabe trendsetter, they should have darkened her hair more, she has a face that can pull it off...

I think makeovers show the girls' real motivations, and yes, I understand why Tiffany was upset but she let it affect her for days and she can't afford that.
I only ever saw the Danish version - that is much better too. And the judges waaay more strict! Girls are only aloud to wear high heels and they are commented on posture, catwalk, choice of clothes at every judgement day. And a lot of the girls are only 14-16 y/o. The girls at age 22 are called ‘old’. They also have the same mentor at every photoshoot throughout the show, helping and guiding them. Now I saw several BNTM and this is the first one where I see them getting leasons in catwalk - DNTM has that every season - and they are STRICT! One girl was called ‘a telephone box’, ‘a male discus thrower’ etc. and got her arm taped behind her back (and she Walker so much better than any of these girls). They are not aloud to call or write family and friends either through out the show. And they get way better prices for best Photo - designer bags/watches/clothes. It is so different from BNTM. Now I’ll try to watch ANTM and see how that is, just to compare.

I like short hair on models with sculptural face. But Tiffany's face looks really round and her eyebrows are way too dark for that hair. The old hair was much better.
Joy’s hair was way better before the makeover. Harleen looked good with her short hair but Also looks good with longer . Tiffany can actually carry the short hair off really good but I do understand her being upset but at the same time this is Top model and the model industry you have to change hairstyles a lot . ANTM is better because they put them in order from best to worst photo and the girl with the best photo is praised. Tiffany is AMAZING...one of the best NTM winners for the spectrum of commercial to high fashion. She has the height, the eyes, and a twist on classic beauty. She could do anything. Cosmopolitan to Vogue.
The second I saw Alisha in the first episode's shoot I was hoping to gods that they will see what I saw and cut her hair off completely. Honestly I would go even shorter, like a buzzcut. But she still looks fab. My fav transformation from this season.

Tiffany looked beautiful with long hair & bangs. They could have compromised with her by shortening her bangs, cut layers, & hidden the length when necessary. I can empathize without her because I have long, naturally blonde hair & to me, it has always been my best feature. To have no control over someone butchering her beautiful hair, would have felt almost like they’ll cut off a finger. It also puts her at a disadvantage with the other girls, because they feel more beautiful & confident after their make-overs. These next top model shows can be very cruel to the contestants... Eg. Making them pose with snakes, insects, tarantulas, underwater, on catwalks that are raised 40 feet into the air & made with glass so when the models try to follow catwalk, they see straight through it, all the way to the ground!

at least all of the girls seemed to be happy with their hair cuts. this cycle is a big improvement on Cycles 4 and 5. no girls sulking. also a much better panel. Elle Macpherson is doing so well as the new host.
Elle actually looks better now than she did here (it was 2010 i believe). Here, she looks tired, almost dead, way too much make up on her face, almost like she's wearing a mask. I guess this is a good testimony in favor of her line of supplements 🙂

I never realized how much better ANTM actually was until I saw how poor production value of this show.
Also how much more beautiful the girls in Antm are.
I think it's just because the British version is less pretentious and isn't all about showing off.
You should watch the Australian version it puts every version to shame. Asia's next top model is also really strong compared to other versions.
