I've been playing Tiamat almost exclusively the past two days (playing Joust with a full team). She's so much fun and I think I have a pretty good grasp on her but you always seem to teach me something I don't know! You are my go-to for Smite info and have been for a couple years now. I like vampiric shroud as a starter as it gets me good sustain and some survivability and well I mean I play clash.. team fights are a constant. Didn't realise upgrading the three reduced it's cooldown so now i'll be able to play her more effectively. Also i feel like druid stone is slept on it has pretty good stats if you need magic prots and don't wanna lose to much damage. And i'll have to check celestial plate helm to see if it's more viable in this season.
@@BunnyOnASnuman it feels a lot better and a lot safer. Because you can use your leap and backwards dash more often you get more movement and more escape potential. I feel like damagewise it doesn't make much of a difference. I don't know if i'd level it over the ult but I forget to use it often (xd) so in my case it probably would be.

I mean, they gave us a decent heads-up for that. I'm not too phased, I just spent mine before they reset. I understand why they would reset them once a year, since some people probably have a ton of points backed up already. That said, it's definitely frustrating if you were close to a skin but didn't quite reach it before it the reset.
Tiamat's minotaur does NOT have 2250 HP, it's 750. it's 100 per rank, which means 100 HP per rank of the ultimate. the thing is squishy as all hell and basically useless. summon the 1 or the 3 unless you need to slow an enemy. either knock them up, or summon those lizards and consume them for mitigations in ground stance. a mage with a build cant 1 shot the thing with pretty much any ability. ADCs would take no more than 2 autos, 1 if they have crit. that is a big difference.
Idk what to think about her as a mid main. Like a lot of times she kills you like nothing and she is actually immortal. And if you gank her she can escape, if she wants to, because she can stun you change stance, gain mitigation and destroy you with the rest of her abilities. The middle lane against her it's really annoying if you can't bait that stun or dodge her 1. But sometimes she falls like nothing *ground or flying stance* she loses some potential, but at the same time she doesn't, idk.

Yerstday i could play but now on either profiles i cant play and smite says "unexpected login failure" what i can do to fix this?
@@jodyboles8208 For me, I get Sentinels Gift and tier 2 boots as my starting items. Then, I get shoes of focus, gauntlet of thebes (or sovereignty if they have a mostly physical comp), breastplate of valor for the cooldown, shogun's or genji's, stone of binding (for the knock ups and stuns), and I replace shoes of focus with staff of myyrdin (or however you spell it).
Sorry. I've done pretty good with her in every role except carry (although I only jungled once and I don't think she's great at it). I don't want to be that toxic to the point where I lock in with a Tiamat carry. I mean, it probably could work, but nah.

Most important tip was first thing in the video but i need mpre details. That spam click technique... is there a preferred bpm i should follow? Maybe 120 bpm or closer to 200? I dont want to have to get a macro to speed my clicking speeds up, but maybe an aimbot isnt TOO desperate?
I think it's because it has a dash and applies the slow immediately! I'm a Hera main and I feel like it's a mini Argus. It's obviously nowhere near as tanky, but still annoying
i see from the game footage you also have junglers haras you if you go in the solo lane had a Daji and a Kali haras me in the two times i tried her solo not sure if other ppl forget to build bruiser in the solo lane but they did not kill on a single one of theyr ganks and wasted about 4 out of the first 10 minutes of the game camping for me i didnt feer the jungler when going solo... but i did get solod by the enemy solo if i didnt stand under my tower when the waves hit anyone else feel the same?

I'd be VERY surprised if that works consistently against good enemies. She's generally not really a faceroll god and the pro player streams I've watched of her also don't reflect that.
Dude probably counts her Ult stance as 1 even though it's just a toggle for the ACTUAL abilities. It's not like Merlin's Ult which actually does something, so 10 abilities.
@@Tero133 i think it has to do more with the stance switch, especially when it comes to the passive interaction. Unlike artio, ullr, tyr, and hel that have fast switch stances with little or no cooldown. Tiamat's switch is also a leap and abusing it punishes you heavily for it, especially when it starts at 20 seconds on cooldown. This where you have to be picky on your stance otherwise you put yourself in a bad spot along with wasting an escape if it goes awry. also the flying one...... if you miss all the shots.... well that's on you then XD

She’s slow, low mobility, low dps, and more abilities than you can count. I’m used to playing gods with high burst/sustained dmg like ratatoskr or scylla. Jumping into Tiamat made me 0-5 in the first 10 minutes of arena. And I can play The Morrigan better than this monstrosity. I like the design though.

Same here cooldown is a necessity for her. Also gem of focus is insane on her I felt unkillable with it stacked and in my ground stance

Hey i tested the full mitigation build with tiamat support. I was so tanky that i went through 3 team fights without backing and only lost half my hp
Try her as support in Conquest. I actually prefer her in duo or solo lane lol.

she only gets it ni her ground stance though and you should be able to tear through it if she doesnt have protections

All of her abilities have long ass delays or channels. It's so easy to avoid everything she does by strafing left and right.
