I’ve been 10 years in Littleton and love it. 5 minutes to an amazing trail system, to the light rail, shopping, good food, good schools, interesting people, nice arts scene, amazing writing community. ❤
So one thing that wasn’t covered in this video is Littleton has two parts, incorporated and unincorporated. Incorporated has the downtown and less of a burbs feel. That’s because city council has been very particular about letting in box stores ( Walmart/ Costco type places) which gives it more of a city vibe) Incorporated is is more of a burbs feel with “Red Lobsters” and the mall that was shown in the photo. Incorporated has higher taxes but is such a great small city in the metro area. Great video man! Keep up the good work
Thanks Chris! I know a lot of people who love living in Castle Rock, and think it's a good option if you're okay with being that far south. It's a haul. Personally, I'd look at Parker if you want to be on the south side-closer to town and has a cool little downtown area. Castle Rock does really seem to have everything these days, though.
Just found your channel and navigating it. If you haven’t already then you should highlight the culture and history of Denver when you do neighborhood segments. Sure, I get the whole aesthetic, nightlife, and conveying to a niche of marketing that makes it appealing to move here. However, before the boom of people coming here and companies buying all the land for start ups, high rises, and decimating neighborhoods for new builds. There was much more small city and country vibes. Times change and I still love my home. That’ll never change but we can’t forget where we came from to how we got here now. I think that’d be a cool flair to your channel. Make it appealing but also give a small notion to those who paved the way. Denver is a growing, fun, and busy place but why not give it cozy at home vibes too? Food for thought. I think you’d be able to pull that off well 🙂
Bro this is REALLY well done! You are officially my Colorado referral agent!
Thank you, my friend! Likewise.
Looking to move to Littleton in the next 6 months. Thank you for the information.
Thank YOU for watching. Let me know if I can be of help with your move!

Not bad eh!
How is Littleton vs. Arvada? Comparing their downtown and things to do? Thanks.
I love ❤️ it here
How is the Internet there? I currently live in Nevada and have had issue after issue since there is no fiber optic in the small town.
Internet in Littleton is excellent! No issues until you get farther up the hill.
