Yes, I got mine fixed right away. I contacted Apple support and they told me different ways to troubleshoot but nothing worked so they sent me a replacement and I had to send the broken one back. I didn’t have to pay anything. I never had anymore trouble after I received a new one.

@@krazybacon4709 could be that they are connected to another device. Hold the button for 15 EXACT seconds and then connect them. But keep your AirPods close to your phone wen connecting otherwise it won't detect your phone.
The problem with mines is that I just bought them and when I hold the button and try to pair them they stay green and don’t flash white. Also when I open them they don’t pop up on my phone. And yea I tried charging them.

Been holding down the button for nearly 50 minutes and no brown or amber light has been shown and I still have issues with my AirPods Pro Edit at 55 likes: Well my warranty goes out in 5 days and apple said that I could mail the airpods to them but I have to pay for a fucking package label and also apple needs my credit card so they can put a 250 dollar hold on the card. Essentially yes I’ll still get new airpods if I send it in but they’re holding 250 dollars and that means they can still charge you the full price if the want to which they most likely will. So it’s essentially not a exchange, more of a scam then an exchange because I could smash the old pair and buy new ones and sell some of the airpods parts or case on eBay

my airpods are glitching, they disconnect repeatedly unless i have my phone 2 inches away from them. so I cant keep my phone in my pocket. its really annoying.
This happens cause it doesn’t detect the AirPod inside usually from dust inside the case or on the AirPod itself try cleaning it with a cotton swap or q tip

If you have an Apple Watch you’ll have to disconnect the Bluetooth from your apple watch and or put your Apple Watch on air plane mode then connect your head phones, play the music, then you can connect your Bluetooth on your watch. Idk why it works, but it’s works for me and yes I have an Apple Watch and I was having the same issue.
So I purchased the Airpod Pros and I absolutely loved them. The only problem was when I had put the earbuds back in the case after 2 hours of use (67% battery), one earbud would instantly drop to around 15%. I had recharged them and the same thing happened. Then, both earbuds dropped in the battery after putting them In the case. After the second day of owning them, I went to Staples and exchanged them with a new pair and the same thing is happening. one earbud dropped from 70% to 17%. Then the next day the opposite earbud seemed to drain. Please help! I am using correct chargers.

I FIUGURED IT OUT!!!!! Holy shit guys so I spent hours and hours trying to figure out what was wrong. I had one ear bud connected one not. I forgot the device and felt so screwed and than only the white light would pop up. I was reading and watching everyone’s videos and it felt like I had all the problems but none of what they said worked. Sooo first off take them off. Get yourself a tooth pick and take out each headphone scrape the dust and gross shit off of the bottom of your head phones. Take off every spec make them look brand new. Now throw them on the charger. Wait 30 mins. Next open the case hold the back button and while you’re holding it put pressure on the top of the ear buds. Pushing them down into the charging case. Hold it all right next to your phone and wait. Boom it will pop up and say connect. You will connect and than u will be able to listen to both headphones again!!!!! Mine are working like brand new again. I hope this eases some of the pain I went through!!

Not only did the right side stop working, but the pop up menu doesn’t work on any apple devices any longer, the manual pairing where you hold the button and it start blinking fast now it just turns off. I bought this from eBay and it worked for like few weeks but all these issues just all of a sudden happened at once. Also when I hold the button after few seconds the light completely turns off.
In my experience, apple watch and airpods pro are overlapping and preventing airpods to connect to the iphone. Turn off apple watch while connecting airpods then it’ll work.

My right AirPod wasn’t working for a while. I reset it as suggested not the network settings the pairing wise. I kept taking my right AirPod in and out of the case. I asked Siri how charged it was and she said 2% (the right). Now it’s working because I kept taking it in and out of the case. The case is also plugged into the charger and you’ll see the amber light to show the charging. That’s how I fixed mine. It’s probably hardware in the long run that’s messed up but for now the fixed.

mine shows 100% both in the screen. when i remove the left pod from the case, it shows lightning icon(showing that i's connected in the case and charging) under the right pod. but when i remove the right pod from the case, the battery or any details under the right pod disappears. tried resetting it, tried cleaning it again, tried resetting the network setting and reconnecting the airpods, but still nothing works.

Make sure you use official chargers from Apple. That includes the charger box as well. Bad chargers can fry your AirPods

same these airpods are so ridiculous, i ahve anger issues and i’ve already almost broke them more from stress!

My right AirPod wasn’t working for a while. I reset it as suggested not the network settings the pairing wise. I kept taking my right AirPod in and out of the case. I asked Siri how charged it was and she said 2% (the right). Now it’s working because I kept taking it in and out of the case. The case is also plugged into the charger and you’ll see the amber light to show the charging. That’s how I fixed mine. It’s probably hardware in the long run that’s messed up but for now the fixed.
My right AirPod pro just stopped working, there is no sound from it, I tried to reset the case but the white light just sits there for 10 seconds and just turns off. I’ve only had these about a week and it is pissing me off.
I have a question do ur AirPods blink like a orange light while the case is charging without one AirPod or with both out

Omggg thank yoiuuu u literally just fixed my AirPods
So my airpod case Does only show lights when its on the charger but only green and orange lights, And its disconnected from my phone. But whenever im trying to connect it to bluetooth again it doesnt work. And when i oull it out the charger it doesnt show a light at all.
I literally bought my air pod pros 2 days ago and already the right one doesn’t work. Apple is a load of bullshit man

What if the tab where it show charge of case and AirPods doesn’t open
I tried to reset mine and the light tuned green. The light isn't blinking as it looks like it charging. So when I press-hold the button, it won't turn to any color and I'm having trouble connecting with it.
So with my AirPods when I press the button on the back and hold there’s no flashing light and if I push down and let go it blinks green only one time

They both work on my iPhone 7 but only one works on my 11 pro
mine shows 100% both in the screen. when i remove the left pod from the case, it shows lightning icon(showing that i's connected in the case and charging) under the right pod. but when i remove the right pod from the case, the battery or any details under the right pod disappears. tried resetting it, tried cleaning it again, tried resetting the network setting and reconnecting the airpods, but still nothing works.

I reset the AirPods a couple of times because one airpod didn’t worked and it’s blinking white but won’t connect to anything won’t pop up and now I also cannot reset them anymore it’s not blinking amber no matter how long I press the button
