Do they update only over WiFi or on cellular too?
I'm having an issue where my Airpods are on different versions for some reason :(
Right one seems to be latest at 6A321 but left one is 6A300
when I try to connect just the left one to my iphone, the connection only lasts a couple seconds before it disconnects even though the case is still open
any idea what to do to get the left airpod to update to the latest version so it matches the right airpod?

Hi. I was at Mac store today and told them that I have problems updating my AirPods Pro usb-c. My firmware is 6 gen old. They told me to come in and they will force my AirPods to update. How they do that I really like to know.
