Alright basement dwellers
@@wolfheadedconjuror what does basement dwelling have to do with this hate crime ?
It's weird that the female victim was only wearing a tee shirt and underwear. I doubt that she would have answered the door without pants on. I wonder if the suspect was able to gain entry via an unlocked door and surprised the couple inside.
Condolences to the family
I always check on my elderly neighbors and talk to anyone I see around their places. It’s amazing how many scoundrels there are. But they if know someone’s aware they usually just go away.
these interviewing techniques where they appease the suspect does not sit well with me.
do you need water, do you want food, are you warm enough, you are an honest woman blah blah blah
as soon as they finally start asking relevant questions she says 'I aint answering that'
building trust? can't be done with people with no soul.
I agree. It obviously didn't work. Change your soft tactics.
Ok! What solutions do you have to implement? Besides watching and commenting on YT videos. These are tested methods that do work. Offering water and food is just human! If you want a confession, it’s easier to get it if the suspect builds a rapport with the detective. But, since you’re an expert, go ahead and apply for the job. I’m sure they need the help.
Goal: get concrete admission of the crime.
They do it because it often does work and it helps break them down. Not everyone is a monster like this lady.
If they don't offer food and water the defense attorney will attempt to use that to have any testimony thrown out because it was made under duress.
