You know we don't realize how much good reusable things are just thrown away instead of donating them.A lot new and gently used items that the less fortunate would be so ever thankful for.I watch you for hours some days and it never ceases to amaze me.I know not everything can be saved but so much could be if people would take the time to take it to the donation centers.I'm just dumb founded at the usable things that is just thrown away.
Brenda. You are so right. I would love to have a huge store the size of Walmart where my community could bring their unwanted items, stock them on shelves and people could come and grab the items they needed.

My fence in the back yard is opposite a scrap yard that I frequent. Loud mornings when they are tossing the metal into the trucks or shredding them, waking up to Metal, Coffee and Bacon is awesome.
Linda Seto Yes that made me sad too and then I got thinking anybody could take that picture and use it in a creepy or fraudulent way. I would never leave my family photo in that frame. Even if I don’t want it because there’s been a divorce between me and my husband I’m gonna rip the picture up itself and just put out the frame. Paul a 👍on taken the wagon. I found a wagon just like the one in your video all the wheels were damaged but thankful Ace Hardware was able to order new ones for me I was using to haul stuff in yard until my first grandchild was born. ♥️

It's been almost 30 years ago but when my wife and I were first married we rented a duplex and I had to mow a very small patch of grass in the front and back yard. I was given a very old but usable rotary lawnmower that cut pretty good. When we moved to a bigger place I got a gas mower but surprisingly I had 3 people wanting that rotary mower. Thanks for the brief trip down memory lane and I hope you get plenty of offers for the bike and mower.

Most of the routes I do I have to get them early evening otherwise they are picked out. One is in the morning but if I don't get there before 6am the garbage trucks are picking up. SO it's a race.

The left behind tires would be profitable if the were Schwinn branded. They have propriatory wheels. We found out the hard and pricey way when we needed to replace some!
Paul, I know you got your goal for a new scrap truck. Look for a old junk b gone truck with the lift gate. They hold so much more and have great manuverability.

Remember alot of electrical item that have a curcuit board has a mini voltage regulator. Tear them apart for the copper. It all adds up. Tv's have alot of copper on the picture tube towards the back. Plus more on the board. Even flat tv's have the small voltage regulators.
Those guys were full of it.. but u know what would have been funny, if they pulled up at 35:10, and told u the same story and took that washer too... lol
seems those kids weren't lying, the matching dryer it next to the washer in the scrap yard, I thought they were full of it too haha. That wagon would make a real nice flower planter for the front yard

hey, Paul, you should get Strips of Delron (a kind of slick Plastic) and place 3" stripes on either side of that ramp to make it slide easier. but make sure you countersink the bolts below the top
I really appreciate you NOT cutting every cord. Someone might find and really appreciate that TV/VCR/DVD, giving it a second life. Most scrappers I've watched would have clipped that cord and ruined it for a penny or two worth of wire. It always really annoys me. Thank you for being mindful of others and the environment.

S+P man, each day you appear to pick up at least one microwave and only capture the power cord before you reach the yard. Inside each of those unit’s their is at least one and in most cases two very powerful magnets that bring from $7.00 to $10.00 on eBay. They are pretty easy to capture in your workshop then scrap the balance.

I had one of those sprockets stick through my thumb, I was fiddling with the chain while the bike was laying on its side and my twin brother decided to spin the tires..
I’m not sure my scrap yard would accept those lawn chairs and power sprayer with the hose attached, not clean enough. Different everywhere I guess, Keep Scrappin!
I hope you get this message but I just remembered that you were looking for a trailer or a truck with a lift and I remembered the police auctions. Contact your local police and ask them when the next auto auction is and the police vindicate all types of vehicles for various reasons and you sometimes can get a list in advance of what will be offered. You might just find what you are looking for. My veterinarian got her Mercedes this way. I personally have never been to one. I buy dead peoples cars. The one I have now is my 4th one. Hope this helps but auctions have people who just keep bidding no matter what but I doubt there will be that many people there looking for what you want. Good Luck.
Paul have you given thought to welding a few hooks on your truck to hang all the bikes you get on the side it would save the time of securing with the rope...just a thought 😀

The red wagon was very old metal joint on front where handle connects I would say from the 60s!!!

hey, Paul, you should get Strips of Delron (a kind of slick Plastic) and place 3" stripes on either side of that ramp to make it slide easier. but make sure you countersink the bolts below the top
I really appreciate you NOT cutting every cord. Someone might find and really appreciate that TV/VCR/DVD, giving it a second life. Most scrappers I've watched would have clipped that cord and ruined it for a penny or two worth of wire. It always really annoys me. Thank you for being mindful of others and the environment.
The wasps are dwindling just like the bees. I didn't see one wasp nest this year and I usually have a few.

S+P man, each day you appear to pick up at least one microwave and only capture the power cord before you reach the yard. Inside each of those unit’s their is at least one and in most cases two very powerful magnets that bring from $7.00 to $10.00 on eBay. They are pretty easy to capture in your workshop then scrap the balance.

I had one of those sprockets stick through my thumb, I was fiddling with the chain while the bike was laying on its side and my twin brother decided to spin the tires..
I’m not sure my scrap yard would accept those lawn chairs and power sprayer with the hose attached, not clean enough. Different everywhere I guess, Keep Scrappin!

I hope you get this message but I just remembered that you were looking for a trailer or a truck with a lift and I remembered the police auctions. Contact your local police and ask them when the next auto auction is and the police vindicate all types of vehicles for various reasons and you sometimes can get a list in advance of what will be offered. You might just find what you are looking for. My veterinarian got her Mercedes this way. I personally have never been to one. I buy dead peoples cars. The one I have now is my 4th one. Hope this helps but auctions have people who just keep bidding no matter what but I doubt there will be that many people there looking for what you want. Good Luck.
Paul have you given thought to welding a few hooks on your truck to hang all the bikes you get on the side it would save the time of securing with the rope...just a thought 😀
