    I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying this series! I rarely feel such a beautiful sensation of energy flowing through my body… Crossing the arms like this is perfect for bringing the necessary energy flow through the entire body from left to right and the gentle opening, elongating and relaxation of the spine is delicious.
    I have been following it with 15 or 20 minutes of Qigong on my feet… Exquisite. ⚛️
