Should I activate crimson healer 6th skill to reduce healing cost and get more resources than what I spend? Or it's not working like this?

Can I just not use speed ups and get speed up when the event ends?

Just tested this week.
Spend 3000 minutes i got 5200 minutes back. My healing speed is 492%.
For that i spend 178m honey dew i got 77m back. My honey dew usage for healing is -30%.
So its not working like it should
This dont work anymore.
It still works I just did it last night
