Winnebago couldn't have chosen better ambassadors than Newstate Nomads. We now consider a Navion/View to be a top pick for our first motorhome. After watching all the places Howard gets theirs into we have been really impressed.

Best 2021 View review I have seen!
The wife and I love the View 24D. It will likely be our choice when we buy next year. I want to thank you for still offering the sliding windows throughout the RV. This is a big deal to us, and the View has the best windows of any MB class-C. They’re amazingly big and allow plenty of air inside. Well done!

You guys went through everything nice and slow. A lot of people just rush through the video too fast you showed everything that I am interested in this is the first time I enjoyed a walkthrough video I hope you do more videos like this
One improvement might be to have storage bay doors swing open versus lifting up.

The generator needs to be relocated to the driver's side. Less noise on the camp side area of the RV is a must have.

Sad the cargo door are the same! Good for the trauma water heater! Did they move the sewer dump connect to rear ? Always need two plus hoses at campsite most of the time. And delete the pump out for grey tank? And is there integrated side cameras now? Love the safety driving features. Great video! Not rushed! 👍🍑
The 24D's sewer dump connect has always been located on the driver's side rear corner - it didn't move. The only floorplan that has the separate pump for the gray water is the 24V. All other floorplans have gravity flow to dump the tanks. Sorry, this coach does not include integrated side cameras.

I wish Winnebago would've left the couch/bed and dinette in the same position as our 2014 24M. I really dislike the couch/bed facing the refrigerator/kitchen area. We would like to upgrade to a new coach but I think that was a poor choice to flip/flop the two. JMHO. I do love the big window in the kitchen area in the new 24D.
Did I miss the part where it’s closed on how you can use it? Plus the rv door does not have a latch. Could blow or damage something in the wind. I didn’t see a hook.

Excellent review, pointing out all the differences with the 2019. Here are 2 ideas I would love: first I would like the dinette’s table to be expandable either for more work space or eating places. Second I would like the footrests solid enough to sit on them. With those 2 ideas, 6 people could sit around one table to eat.
I have a question. Did I understand that you have to run the generator to use the induction cooktop? On can you use it with the inventor only? Thanks!
You can use inverter, generator, or shore power.

I think they still have the same problem with the OCCC rating. Not much weight that can be added for people, water, food, and gear.
Great review! The strip lights at ceiling and floor need a dimmer or two levels. Really bright at night watching TV.
The counter top space around the sink/stove should extend about 4" inches,. Same thing around the bathroom sink the counter space should extend about 3", why doesn't the sleeping space above the cabin have a window in the front? So kids can see where your going and stay entertain up there. Are those 4 wheel drive?
I noticed the light above bed was left on when she put the bed back up, so my question is do those lights get warm to where that could be a fire potential?? For I so could see myself doing the same thing a time or two..love this but downfall for us would be the shower for hubby is 6'4...

On this model Diesel generator is not quieter then propane generator, diesel has an estimated noise level off 78dB and propane is about 65dB.

the exhaust pipe looks not in the correct party. I on the motorhome asked mechanics to replace towards a car tail. Winnebago did not think about vacationers around the motorhome.

Do you know if Winnebago view is still making the K model?
It has a rear corner kitchen and rear corner bathroom. The model letter changed from 24K to 24A.

For the closest layout to a rear corner kitchen and bathroom of the K, we would recommend this 24D layout, featuring a passenger side kitchen and rear bath. Yes, It does
Where can we order the "W" towel/coat hanger? Part number? With Warren being our last name it would serve two purposes in our coach.

OCCC is better than most in its class. With Lithium its even better!
Is there a way to add a curtain between the dinning and the sleeping area?
Max, yes it comes with one that wraps all the way around the murphy bed, but still allows access to the bathroom if you have anyone sleeping in the overcab bed! 👍 -Howard

Generator on the patio side? This is a vehicle we were considering. The gen-set belongs on the other side away from the patio entertaining area. It's a noisy machine. To bad. Deal breaker for us. Shame.
Hate seeing particle board in ANYTHING..JUST USE PLYWOOD! In that rear storage compartment. For 150k+ should be no particle board crap anywhere.

Yes, this is full body paint, Bay Mist, and an option, standard is called partial full body paint, a combination of paint and vinyl graphics.

What is the OCCC???
I doubt they will answer your question. These 24Ds weigh a lot and it will be easy to exceed the OCCC with cargo, people and water.
They're very low on all the Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Hardly anything after you load yourself and any passengers, not even counting the cargo. I'd love one, but that's the deal breaker for me. My dog alone weighs 100lbs.
@@wendytrudeau9932 Mercedes really did the new platform a disservice in the US by not offering a more powerful engine. Leaving the third party RV companies little to work with. The Ford chassis looks much more powerful and runs on regular gas!

@@wendytrudeau9932 the hot new one is the Ekko. So Winnebago knows the issue with Mercedes. Every chance they get, they will be using the Ford Transit.
