I too have noticed that a lot of hotel videos tend to glance over the hotel and primarily focus on the narrator/person. I try to keep the content focused on the property and experience as much as possible.

Yes, the property is sans a club because it was originally a residential building. Ritz Carlton clubs are amazing, but not having one onsite isn't a dealbreaker for me personally.

Ritz Carlton Presidential Suites are rarely showcased online. For that type of accommodation, usually the Ritz, along with other high-end hotels, want you to call to inquire. Looking back, that property was lovely and you’ll enjoy it whether you get a Mack Daddy Room or just a regular one. Enjoy!

If there is a beach, it is adjacent to the property, but not right onsite.

What a shame the room with all that wood and mismatch furniture looks cluttered. No elegance or sense of style just for the sake of calling it loosely modern. The balcony looks small and the floor looks old and worn out. It fails to look hip and trendy which I am sure is the perception that the contractors and interior designers thought about.
This luxury resort has been completely renovated! The balcony’s are 500 square feet and all hardwood has been removed and replaced with $300 per square foot flooring
