I am so glad she visited my local shop. Finatics is the best one in the entire GTA. So kind and knowledgeable. I have purchased and sold many fish that I have personally bred to them.
Thank you Kaity, Gordon and Cameraman! That was very informative! If I were planning an African Lake tank I'd absolutely be replaying this like crazy to make my wish list!
What an Amazing shop, Kaity! I am always jealous of people that have shops of this size and quality in their area. An incredible selection of Cichlids and a super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Another great video. Thanks, Lady!
When i got back into the hobby, i knew having one tank wouldn't last long ! I have kept a Malawi set up in the past, so this time, i can't stop thinking about a South American tank. I am thinking about geophagus and a green terror, but you have just thrown a "Spanner in the works" with this fantastic Malawi video ! Realistically, it has to be one or the other as i already have a fair sized tank full of Green and black ruby barbs. I know i will eventually give in to both ! KAITY AND HER ADDICTIVE VIDEOS 🤦♂️😁 (great video as always )
So beautiful! Great collection. Hopefully before you leave Canada you can visit Quebec Cichlids in Terrebonne Quebec. Richelle has a great store and awesome personality to go with it!
Wow, I've never seen such a variety of African Cichlids in one place and hadn't seen some of them before. It's like music to the eyes for African cichlid fans. Thank you for the great video, you're close to your 100k subs goal. Keep it up and have a nice week🙌!!!
That's a Pretty Awesome Place Kaity. Hope you're enjoying your time And it looks as though you are indeed doing that. I have only just got my tank to the point where the water is very clear, Probably the best I have ever seen it since I got up and running again. Most of the information I got from your channel. Take Care. With Respect John
Awesome video! Back in the day, I owned a lot of the lake Malawi varieties and a couple of the lake Tanginika ones as well. Really makes me want to get back into the hobby!
I dunno why but i lol'd when you started by asking Johnny, "Do you work here?" If that had been me i would jokingly replied, "me - nah, im just a customer," lol. Great vid, great store!
I got paid 20 bucks (after refusing over and over to take it) one time at home Depot because the employees were so stupid and a customer recognized my level (explaining premix fuel and a two-stroke engine) of intelligence.

Awesome video! Another really good aquatics store, definitely another to add to the list to visit if I ever visit that part of the world! Loads of the species there are the same my friend keeps in his aquarium, like the Yellow Labs, Sulphur Peacock and Demasoni Mbuna, really cool to see them in one of your videos as they're really interesting fish to watch 😀 Were there any species you saw there you'd like to add to your aquariums? Also, went gliding again today and learnt how to stall a glider and recover from a flat stall which was more fun than I expected, especially when you're pulling G forces to recover!
Wow, well done!! You are definitely braver than me lol, that's awesome to hear your gliding is coming along well :) And honestly main the Trewavasae, I'm a sucker for those! But also I really liked the White Lip Mdokas, I think they are lovely haps
@@Kaityscichlids thanks! The flying is going great, will be doing spins at some point which will be interesting for sure 🤣 Hopefully will be solo by early next season! You should definitely give gliding a go, that's something you can do in Australia as a couple of the instructors from where I fly go over for the winter to fly there! Ah nice! Yeah those are really cool species, if I had a cichlid aquarium I'd like a Trewavasae, they look really cool! That's the species your fish called Bart is isn't he? I've never heard of the white lip Mdoka before, they really look unique for sure!
@@Kaityscichlids Ah cool! They're really interesting fish, certainly looks unique for sure and pretty fascinating with how they're adapted to eat algae! They're a bit different to cichlids, but have you ever thought about building an aquarium for any more unusual species like mudskippers or gobies? Those are really cool, and would be a very different kind of fish to build a biotope aquarium for 😀
Allways being a “Southamerican” guy myself - except a single Neolamprogus multifascistus aquarium - but it’s not going to stop me to see what’s from the big lakes. You can allways learn something new. Btw, the import, sale and possession of Glo-fish is not permitted within the European Union.
Hi kaity That is a Massive store indeed!😯 Our lfs has many ac too and a lot of them are also full grown, but they don't have such a large variety of species like that.( It's a tiny store) Maybe next time you should bring a pair of those seventies plateau shoes with fish tanks for soles, then you can take some of those fish home with you.😄 Another great video with a Nice Marilyn Monroe moment at the end!😁👍
Great video as always - definitely an impressive store for those in the GTA When was the video taken? I was thinking of placing another order from them and wondered if this was roughly current stock. All the best

Didn't see any large preditor such as Buccochromis and Chamsorchomis etc did they have the monster haps
Cant go wrong with Finatics i go there at least once a week, Johnny is the best, they know so much, and love helping customers.
