I have a question. Since it is easier to roll the Olivia, can you take at least a slightly larger ‘bite’ each time when reducing stock than you normally could on a regular rolling mill? The only thing that keeps me from taking a bigger bite on a regular rolling mill is that it’s so difficult to turn the handle. If that’s not a problem, theoretically you could take a bigger bite each time on the Olivia? If you can, the amount of time it takes to reduce sheet would probably balance out between the Olivia and a regular rolling mill if you don’t have to run it through on the Olivia as many times even though each pass takes longer. Plus there’s also the added benefit that you’re not exhausted when you’re done rolling on the Olivia. I’m considering getting one of these!
