Hi, I have a question about Electric grounding conductor EGC.
Is it necessary to connect the inverters with 6AWG? If I only attach the microinverter to the rack is sufficient for EGC ?

I'm nm and I got my electricity turned off after my micro inverter started producing me a -370kwh. I need someone that can help me get my system approved. Do you know anyone here in New Mexico, that will help me?

Why didn't you use a bus cable installation? This type of arrange that you show could collapse the entire system if the first micro inverter fail.

The worst decision I *ever* made was to install APSystem equipment. It is unreliable in that it has a very high failure rate. Worse, they have zero support, and will not honor their warranty even when they previously confirmed that the warranty was in effect.
I CAUTION ANYONE ABOUT THESE SYSTEMS! Do you homework. Check out Enphase. Research their failure rates, support, etc. BUY FROM THE ONE YOU TRUST.

Hello guys!, how can I connect the branch circuits for a three-phase system 120 v/ 208 v? The sample wiring diagram in the installation manual is confusing when connected to the distribution panel. I am confused in the connection of the circuit breakers.

Hi Fabricio, thanks for your question. Using the YC500 in a 120/208 environment is acceptable; however one must balance the phases, meaning L1 and L2 land on phase A and B, while the next set of inverters L1 and L2 land on phase C and A, and the next set of inverters L1 and L2 land on phase B and C. Let us know if you have any other questions. You can contact us directly at support.usa@APsystems.com.

Hi, once ECU is installed using a network cable (which is recommended), should I leave disabled the wifi option? Currently I have one installation where we tried all possible conections and in different outlets, but still communication is poor. So, I remember we left the wifi option enabled although it is connected by network cable. Could that perhaps be the problem?

    • @lrusty100

Thank you for contacting APsystems. Once you connect the CAT5 cable, it overrides the Wi-Fi. Some things to look out for, if trying to use the ECU in the kitchen or basement or other areas with noisy products on the lines, communicating with the inverters will diminish. If it is the internet your having trouble with, ensure the I.P. does not end in .228 or start with 10. We are here to help, so feel free to call in if the problem persist, our number is 844-666-7035

Hi there, we'd like to find out more about what's going on with your site. Please contact our support team so we can assist with settings and other setup procedures while on the call. The WiFi function does not interfere with the Powerline Communication (PLC) so there is likely something else going on. Please call 844-666-7035 and we can help troubleshoot the site.
