As a NOTE: About some of the rules, in my opinion if they just weren't going to follow them then why have them? That was my beef 😂 is why don't we just get rid of this rule if we don't even want to follow it
I went to a church growing up where a lot of the leadership went to Liberty, and thus influenced many of the college bound kids to go to Liberty. When I first heard of them at a college fair, I too thought they were a decent Christian college that believed in the fundamentals of the faith. Over time, I started to get a not great feeling about them and ended up going to a state university not too far from my home. I had a really rough time seeing everything that the world does but in hindsight going to a “Christian” college that was misleadingly not as conservative would have irked me more. So glad I avoided the trap, I could have otherwise made a very very grave mistake. I did want to go to Pensacola Christian College and in hindsight it might not have been a bad fit for my faith and values, but the distance and climate wouldn’t have been compatible with my life situation at the time. My journey through college was a rough one and influences how I advise the seniors under my wing, but mainly I’m so glad that’s over. The adult world is a lot better 😂
The adult world is absolutely so much better! I definitely don't want to give a bad word about Liberty there were definitely good aspects and there were still good people who worked there and such, and I don't think they would have really changed what one believed too much. However, I do think they are leaning more and more liberal unfortunately.

@@ellianna.keller it is sad to see Christian institutions taking on more of the culture of the world instead of following after Christ, for sure.
