Holy shit dude. TH-cam just randomy recommended this to me, and how you have less than 200 subs is completely beyond me. The cinematography alone is incredible. Keep it up, this is awesome. Also, out of interest - what software do you use for the animated text annotations(measurements)? I'd love to do something similar on my videos but I'm not sure where to start.
C'mon - your fooling us, do you ?!? If this is really your first attempt i'm sooo much impressed ! I'm a maker too but my results are far from that precision and beauty. Nice job and still a long way to go. I'm curious to follow your progress and, hopefully, looking at a real watch in the end. Unbelievable - best regards from Berlin
If you put it back in chuck, and stick a rag with polishing compounds on a stick into it for a good few mins, maybe a higher grit after the first, it'll get super smooth and you'll probably loose that runout, it does with me on some of the parts I've bought that I've wanted to improve. (sandpaper works too obvs, just do 800-1500/2000 just more difficult to hold still for full length of bore0
Hi! Good idea, but I think the runout comes from a very tiny misalignment in the concentricity between the two bearing pockets because the bore itswlf was reamed pretty consistent. Have a look in my last video if you like to see me turning the taper inside the arbor.
love that there is a voiceover too now!!
Nice, another super awesome machining channel straight to the list. Amazing production quality!
@dovydasaleknavicius9741 Thank you very much, really appreciated!
