Hi Jackie, good stuff! I’m following your exact circle prospecting script and been exclusively calling circle prospects for about 30 contacts a day Mon-Fri. I’ll call new expireds every day as well just to see what comes in. I’ve gotten numerous quality leads just a few months down the line which is what I expected. I use Expresso Agent as well. Did you ever find yourself calling the same people sometimes from Expresso’s leads? Also, did you stick with Expresso your first two years circle dialing? Thanks in advance and love the content
I use vulcan and when I use their name, it's wrong around 50% of the time. So I dropped doing that. I also use Mojo dialer, so I don't mind making the calls. Any advice?

Don't call or text people on the DNC list, knock on their door.

Espresso didn't exist when I started. I manually dialed.

Circle prospecting is a number's game at a high level. It can take hundreds of contacts to find someone who wants to sell.
I just did a search for expireds in my town for the past month. There were 2. How does someone build a schedule around that?
Expand your geographic area, call FSBOs and circle prospecting.
