Currently in Level 3/4 and this has been the most difficult semester thus far. It feels like there's less time, which is saying a lot, b/c it's been that way since level 1. Adjusting to our new instructors teaching/testing styles has been 🥴, as well as them incorporating Next Gen style questions but not the Next Gen grading scale. They're doing a "all or nothing" grading style whereas on the next gen there will be partial points. We're approaching mid-semester so it's time to really tap in. Even through all of this, I know I'm gonna make it, come too far to quit.
I’m a week out from finishing my 3rd semester of my NYU absn program and everything you said about second guessing yourself is exactly the same experience I had for my 3rd as well! I struggled with my mental health so bad and got COVID right before midterms…Even the part where someone mentioned these feelings in your group and it opened up a discussion and you didn’t feel alone anymore. This happened too! …not to mention the part where you get a passing grade but you don’t feel like it reflected the work you put in. AND the cherry topper lol when you spoke about watching the sunrise trying to make it 15 mins early to Clinicals. SAME! SO relatable you have no idea! I loved watching your journey and these videos are so comforting for me. I have 4 months left! You are so inspiring and genuine! Thank you! 💕💕
Oh my gosh your comment made my day! I really appreciate the support and I’m glad to hear that my videos have been helpful to you. Your last 4 months will fly by and you’ll be done before you know it! Congratulations on making it this far and I know you’re going to be an amazing nurse! ❤️
No I did not. My program is accelerated and it would've been too stressful trying to work at the same time. Some people in my class were able to work per diem, but majority quit their jobs.

I start 3rd semester in two months it’s supposed to be the hardest in my program as well but I’m still very excited
Good luck this semester! 3rd semester was the hardest one in my program too. But don’t worry, you can do this!

New subscriber and great video. Can you tell us best ways to study for Anatomy and other classes and how you were able study for long hours?
What program do you attend ?
which absn program were you in?
did you work during your program at all?
