This is the first video I've watched all the way through, thank you for not spending 10+ minutes on selling your business, I couldn't find it in me to watch since I cant afford it. I'm a divorced woman raising grandkids and need help knowing how to use the cricut (that was gifted to me). This channel used to be one big infomercial, I hope this is going to be the way it remains. I enjoyed it today for sure, so thank you for sharing.
I agree. I fast forward thru a lot because of it. I realize that’s how they get their money but some videos are half pushing the subscription service which actually pushes people away.
@@karenhadden4980 not only that, but it went on for soooooo long…..I too fast forward thru it, thought I was passed and nope… still more.. while I do get it, the shill was sometimes more than the entire craft project..
Wow you know what I didn't realize that he skipped so much of it. I littering enjoyed the entire video without fast forwarding anything... lol... I was coming to leave a comment and when I read yours I thought "Yeah! That's exactly why this video was super awesome!" Good catch!
I started not to watch this video till o seen the time frame because of the sales pitching all the time I had stopped watching a lot of them and fast forward threw so many.
Thank you SO much for a streamlined video where your team was not spending 3/4 of it marketing for your membership. You are AMAZING and what we have all come to miss. Thanks for being “present” today.
Thank you so very much for this video! I had stopped watching your videos because you spent more time on marketing your business than on actual project. I have wanted to say something before now but I didn’t, and now I can see a lot of others feeling the same way as I did. Tanner you are an amazing person and a wealth of information- loving getting back to this type of video.
So glad to see you on the video. Thank you for getting to the teaching part of the video more quickly than in the past. Love your channel and I am a member of Makers.
Great video, had to watch it several times. Made notes, stop, back up. Got it done. Yeah! Your awesome. Got my Cricut 2 years ago. Could not find the time to just be with it to learn. Felt overwhelmed until I found Makers goons make it. Thank you, thank you.
Great video Tanner! I appreciate how you just jumped to the details of the project and not selling the membership so much. I feel more people will be drawn to your channel by you doing this a they also like to see you as you are a wealth of knowledge. Great job! 😁
Great to see you back in front of the camera. This is a great project for me right now. My nephew just got married and my granddaughter just got engaged. I am going to make this for both couples as gifts.
Great video Tanner! That’s a great video for the knockout feature. I have several planks of wood like that just sitting around in my garage and now you’ve given me inspiration to do something with them. Thanks!
Tanner! This method is one of my faves! A quick fix to that welding glitch is to blow your tricky text up very LARGE before welding, always works for me! 😊
Love this project! I do have a hack on the welding cricut giltch. If the letter shades in undo > ungroup > select the letter that is shaded in, right click and send to back > select all and weld. Hope that helps.
Great video. Now in reference to the membership. At first I was a bit hesitant to join, since I already pay for cricut access. What I've learned is that we truly have way more guides, how tos' with detail instructions with makers gonna learn. I love it. I've learn so much. Especially owning a brother scan n cut ( which I didn't use at all 😁) 3years prior to cricut. Now I learned how to fully get the most out of both machines. 🙃
What did you actually click on doing the contouring from offset??? You did not show that…that is the part that I don’t seem to get…to know the exact items to click to make the slice work as well. I hope I’m clear…I’m new and have a cricut maker and get so tangled up in design space…wanna learn and I’ve learn you gotta know the correct buttons to click…thank you❤️
Absolutely beautiful!!! That white really pops on that wood!! It's so classic to last a lifetime!! Thank you for all the tips and information!! Love this!! 💖😍🤍💖😍🤍💖😍🤍💖😍🤍
Tanner - this is what you need to do to fix that so called “Cricut glitch” where the letters fill in - * click undo, then click on ungroup, and move letter over just a tad
Haven't tried one of these signs with both names on it yet. Hmm might have to try one after work today hopefully I have a piece of wood already stained and ready to go.
Love this! Just the video I needed to see! Do you have any tips on how to stop the vinyl backside from sticking on the mat? I did a project the other day and the paper is stuck to it now.. may need to get a new mat 😂😂
Tanner Thank You For This Update ‼️‼️ In the description the items you used today is not showing. Also can you slow down when your showing what font your using cause some of the newbies can’t follow you as fast as some people Thank You‼️❤️‼️❤️‼️

Best video I’ve seen in a long time! Thank you Tanner!

My pleasure!
Thanks Tanner. So glad you are back. Awesome video.

Wonderful video. Just purchase a maker last month. Can’t afford your membership at this time, but someday hopefully I will.
Yay! Congratulations on your new machine!

Where did you get your tool caddy? I love it!
Okay...MGL I see you! For the first time in a while I have enjoyed a tutorial! Thanks 😊

Glad it was helpful!
Awesome video and project, Tanner! Thank you so much!
Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the video, but on the a that blacks out I saw somewhere if it's to close to the next letter it will black it out, but u probably knew that
For the operation do we choose Basic Cut or Print then Cut?
Can you use a iPad , as I don’t own a computer desktop or laptop ?
Same! I’d love to know the workaround!
Love this! I am going to try one of these tonight!
You can do it!
Love this! Just the video I needed to see! Do you have any tips on how to stop the vinyl backside from sticking on the mat? I did a project the other day and the paper is stuck to it now.. may need to get a new mat 😂😂
Hey Tanner somehow the inside lines on the B R and A remove chunks of the letter. Any thoughts?
On Gus.
Am I correct in saying that you cannot “offset” using a tablet? I do not have a laptop or desktop.
I loved this video. I will have to try this. So helpful! Thanks Tanner!
So glad it was helpful! So excited for you to try it!
Thank you for a great video. Have a wonderful day
You're welcome! You too!
My offset ended up with a fine dark border around it, not just a clean opening for the smaller names. Why is that?
Can you do the names in the middle in a different colour? I'm new to Cricut
How would you do this with two separate colors?
I love this project! Thank you for this tutorial! ❤
So glad you loved it!
Great video. It can’t wait to try the technique. Thank you!
You're welcome!
where did you get the GUS font?
Why can’t I use the slice option!!! Help! I’m literally following step by step on the design website
Are the mats self healing? I noticed you used your X-Acto knife to trim the exact material.
I dont think they are. I think he did it for speed for the video. Ease of use.
Just don’t put a lot of pressure when cutting and will be ok.
Great video Tanner!
Thank you!
Love it!!!

On the right side of CDS, where it reads Layers you can see what kind of Fonts and then he repeated it.

Cute!
YOU NEEDED TO RESIZE BOTH OFFSET AND WORD TOGETHER ...CAUSE WHEN YOU RETURN THE WORD U HAVE TO MAKE IT FIT AND THAT WAS NOTTO SMART..
why is the maker so loud. Cricut needs to fix this
