I have a toyota yaris 1.3 petrol year 2007 and I am having engine light on and VSC . I sent it to a service today , and they told me that the catalytic converter and VSC system is not working properly and have to be changed. But they cost a lot 😅. Can i change by myself the catalytic converter ?
Raul, can you pls make a video showing the steps to remove a turbo & exhaust manifold for a yaris 1.4 d4d (2006-2010)? Your videos are quite inspiring but I'm no mechanic but I am learning at home, bought a d4d yaris as a project to tinker with, but need some guidance. There is no video on TH-cam covering this topic so yours will be the first 😉 Thanks
Thank for watching really appreciate it. I only make videos on customers cars if one comes in with that problem I'll make one. One more thing if you are starting as new mechanic I would recommend starting up on something easy petrol cars. Also The Toyota Yaris D4D is not the easiest car to work on. Anyway am glad to help.
I changed my donut washer ,the idiots didn't put the springs and proper bolts they put local bolt and nut same as this, after 4 months today my silencer broke from the other welded point bcz of not having the spring to release preasure on silencer 😢😢 from pulling of engine
those bolts are terrible, so tight that it sheared off the bit it was screwed in to, because it was so rusty :) the rubber hangers are really hard to get nay purchase on too . happy days
Thank you much appreciated ❤❤❤❤❤ your great ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for watching really appreciate it

Thanks for watching really appreciate it. You can do it yourself but you have to get right underneath the car it will be soo hard
How much did you charge
For the bolts and springs, do you absolutely need to use the same part numbers or can you use generic ones?
I'll be honest using the same one helps because the thread on the bolts might not be the same

Hey mate, great video 💪🏻, quick question what exhaust back box did you buy? I have a 2010 Toyota Yaris, same car as the one in your video
To be honest I just gave the Registration to the spare shop and they gave me the exhaust
How much did you charge ?
How much does this type of job cost? (Labour only) Many thx for tutorial 😊👍🏻
