Interesting. I was always under the impression that "Arabian" was a misnomer for the 1001 Nights originating with the 18th century English translations. They originated in Moghul (Persian) India. Shaherezad is a Persian, not an Arabian name. At least the inclusio and the collection did. I believe the stories themselves originated from all over the mideast, India, even China. Are you sure you want to call it an introduction to "Arab" literature?
Glad you took interest in our content! This is an academic requirement for one of our program's courses, so we used the 1001 nights as a starting point to discuss the themes present in the Arabic Literature. Still, we apologize for some errors as we are still learning the said topic. Thank you for the additional information! We may change the title to "Arabic/Mid-Eastern Literature" instead of "Arab" and if you have suggestions for the title, we'd gladly consider, as we are open to a variety of resources other than our lessons and studies 😊
The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
Glad you took interest in our content! Thank you for your suggestion, we'll keep that in mind!
