What about Magic for friends?
The two you listed are the basic counters, but what about Magic for friends and Analyze and Assess?
Magic For Friends and Analyze and Assess are extra attacks, not counterattack

I believe it's because of Ludwig's artifact, if she kill with her S3 as a completely dps, it would be activate way too quickly

First u saw her s3 is so good and then u see her s2 and s1.... from top to bottom so quickly
Well. The s2 seems pretty nice. I mean you build her without eff and use tagahels to Burn her s3. And as soon as the next friendly unit atacks, you can also use the Burn. Sounds kinda creazy in cleave teams that struggeld with counter teams or just rimuru.

I’m going to assume that she decided to get married into a wealthy family instead of meeting with Sez, joined up with Aramintha and the rest.
She ends up divorcing him, took all of his wealth as she was bored being a housewife but does appreciate the finer things in life so she sets off to challenge anyone in the world in a match to help get over her boredom while flaunting her wealth.

This is something that the game has needed for a bit now. Up til now, you needed to bring units like Landy with cannot be counterattacked or units with bonus attacks to avoid counters (unless you just went tanky with Roana). This offers a new option to cleavers so they don't get anhilated by the 20% chance off of Rem, Belian and all the new counter units that want to nuke you. She and other units that will come out with this in the future will shake up the meta.

@@ryuma2015 What buffs? She does not give anyone buffs, so you can pick her with a buff free team.
What to pick: Wait for them to pick/ban a ravi, if a ravi is picked, pick her + another hero or Rimuru. If they pick hwayoung but a ravi isn't banned you pick ML Elena + a ravi.

The first demo was built tanky,
The 2nd was built damage(probably) but yeah, atk buff and dmg so low, nevertheless i think her cannot counterattack would still be useful
she's more of a control with some damage, like Ran.

A skill that negates counter, removing the usefulness of the counter set. Great...so does that mean anyone playing competitive are forced to play cleave?
I never get high speed rolls, I'm lucky to even get double digits for a sub speed roll. I'm tired of trying to catch up to speed meta, only to get my teams wiped out turn 1. I also don't like the idea that this could force players who don't play cleave to play only one way. I'm guessing the answer to this will a unit who's skill is: If opponent moves first, pushes combat readiness of your team to full and grant the counter and skill nullify buff.
I agree and disagree, there are def ways to "counter" cleave, even without using using counterattacks.
You just need to get cleansers like Ray or ML Kawerick

Can already see it aravi, belion, ml elana and solitaria on a team and now that 70% of options are removed we'll have all that for ourselves with injury/counter on everyone.

Would using AOL work? She puts up skill nullify and cleanses 1 debuff from all allies. Maybe she will cleanse the can't counter attack debuff.
pick sage bal . rimuru with 22k hp . edward if they pick ran or piera any debuff enemy first turn . 1tank unit like a ras or f.ceci. politis . . hmm alots more . this the most i use for counter speed meta . a.ravi also can .
@@PaulPavloPablo No, it would not work. she will cleanse the restrict buff (she won't be cr pushed), but she will not cleanse the cannot counterattack debuff.

A straight answer to units with 20-30% counter chance but counter 9/10 of the time

Anticounter debuff sounds great. But her S2 seems pretty weak. Does a 15% CR push really need 4 turn cooldown? And her s1 looks weak too

Just my opinion, but I must say that I think this new debuff is cancer , because It can destroy a whole Gear Set( counter , what isnt a guaranteed counter Attack in much cases anyway) , so your Gear become useless , and yes I know there is immunity Set and can get dispelled , but It only Takes two Gears For Set effect , so It is Not your core Gear in Most builds ( and only lasts For one Turn)
It's a necessary evil, is dominating the meta and this will help control it more.
She's the very definition of a cancerous unit. The kind of unit that disappeared from arena because who dares to launch an AoE to put debuffs if you get really punished and countered by Rem / Rimuru / Belian / SSB / Mercedes and cie all the time.
This and the fact that many strong units could easily kill you if you don't have 20k HP at least (and I'm not even talking about Hwayoung) made the immunity set less and less useful. Especially since you can use ML Kawerik and other units like Dilibet, and because units like Peira, Ran, AoL and such get rid of your immunity before applying their debuffs anyway.
That's a lot of reason to not even care about immunity anymore.
The counter set had become too present at the detriment of many other sets like the hit set or the immunity set.
I truly think ML Elena is a good thing overall.
It was time for such a debuff.

I think it's an extra attack rather than a counter attack. You need to be hit to counter but Celine and Politis doesn't need to be hit to use their skill 2.

You need to be hit to counter, but being hit does not necessarily mean the attack in question is a counter attack.
It is a counter attack if the attack says it is a counter attack. Every single counter attack skill says counter attack on it.
For example, Edward needs to be hit to trigger his S2, but his S2 is not a counter attack, it is an extra attack. Same deal with Mercedes.

@@socrates1796 normal Elena still counters her with her EE and doctors bag. Mediator can still cleanse her debuffs. People will find more counters after she's released I'm sure so I don't see how she's not "manageable"

I really do like her design however one small change from the concept art that seems to not made it through is the blue strip in the middle of her front hair which was one of my favorite things about her look it just made her stand out more to me without it, it feels off and lacking compared to with it.
I was honestly scared that it will be ML Roana after seeing the Silhouette.. now i can save up more Mystics :')

You can get up to 20 souls from it if you go with unseen observer, so 30-35% combat readiness to herself and 15% to all allies
