As a former ballet dancer, an arabesque is about the arms. You can do an arabesque without the leg in the back. There’s a first arabesque, which is what the demo showed, but also a second, third, fourth and fifth.
the last move is called a stag ppl who do rhythmic gymnastics will know what it is and if you want to be specific it is a stag leap there is also stag jump double stag and turning stag
All classical ballet requires the arms to be used in arabesque. The only difference is different methods state different arm placements for each type of arabesque (aka second arabesque is not standard across methods)
