Well I put on wig, with two rubber bands and got the same result. I just made a flat bun, and put the wig on. Am very happy with my results.
Yup! It’s not a very expensive wig, but I’m going as a princess peach cosplay in a couple of days and I still haven’t tried on the week.

Well uh, I'm gonna show you my way. First, get 2 rubber bands make a ponytail and then grab the other rubber band and make a flat bun. After that you put the of the wig infront of your nose and tuck the bun into the wig. Now you can adjust the wig. And I realized I'm 2 years late.

What a great question! When you have thicker or curly hair, we recommend braiding or twisting your hair in two ponytails then using bobby pins the same way as the video to pin the ponytails to either side. Once done you would apply your wig cap for the flattest look possible.

In case anyone else comes across this in the future, it could be beneficial to get a crochet hook. I wouldn't dare put thick/curly hair into a ponytail, as well know it won't lay flat. I braid/flat twist my hair down, (with the front parted according to how I'm most usually going to wear it), and braid/twist to the ends.
Then, I tuck my hair under my braids. Some people tuck and sew their hair down, but I don't find that to be necessary. Then I put on the wig cap and done!

I have shoulder length hair. I pulled it to the nape of my neck, twisted it and held it against my head to put the wig cap on. Seemed to work fine. 🤷

Does the wig sit on top of the ears or not? That’s what I need help with. I put my wig over my ears and after a couple of hours I can’t wear my wig because my ears hurt. But if I tuck it behind my ears it looks weird. Helppp

I've heard a lot about wig glue how would that come in handy in securing it. I feel like I would need more security if I were to have it out like that with no hair band or beanie to also help hold it down

Can I put glue on a wig that is not a lace front?
It really depends on the type of cap you have. And because of that reason we really don't recommend it for most of the styles we carry. If you have a specific question about one, you can call us at 800-581-2001 and we would be more than happy to talk more about what you can and can't glue!

The tabs in the back are for adjusting the size of the wig! You can move the velcro so the style fits more snuggly against the hairline and base of the neck!

How long on average does a wig last
Hello! The lifespan of a wig depends on the type of fiber of the wig. Heat-friendly synthetic fiber will last around 2-3 months, standard synthetic fiber will last 4-6 months, and human hair will last between 1-2 years with proper care.

If you are wearing the right size and have properly adjusted the tabs inside the wig for a more secure fit, your wig should feel secure and should not come off. For a more secure you can always a wig securing band, clips, tapes, or adhesives.
