So we took it out of the bag, and I was immediately confused, lol. We played around with it, stuffed it back in the bag and said we'd figure it out later. Figured we'd search up how to put on a cosplay wig on TH-cam, and thankfully this video popped up! I can't thank you enought. We're going to take a swing at putting it on later this week, and no matter how it goes, we'll be in a much better place because of your video. Thank you!

I'm sorry that it matted so bad. I've heard that about Ibuki wigs. I wonder what it is that makes them tangle easily. Super long wigs are more prone to tangles. I'll see how this one holds up. 🌸

I'm still very new to wigs, and it's hard to find a tutorial that I can follow well since I don't have good hairstyling skills either. I am so proud of myself that I actually learned how to wear wigs, and I was struggling so much with all of my hair before watching this video. I was looking for tutorials while waiting for my first cosplay to arrive and when I saw Ibuki’s wig in the thumbnail I had to click since Ibuki is actually the cosplay I’m waiting on!!
If you have thick hair and a big head I recommend doing french plates or some form of updo that lays flat on your head or else you may struggle to fit the wig onto your head.

If you’re a good braider one thing for wig caps if you have long hair is to French braid your hair into a circle around your head! I learned that one in theatre lol

How can I fix the top of my wig? It's a lily munster wig. It's raised up and kinda dense at the part. I've already soaked it in laundry softener and water, so that helped but the bump in the front is annoying. Suggestions?
