As someone with c-ptsd I find it so helpful the way you explain things so please don’t worry about talking too much!
The gym is already a sensory overload full of triggers so it’s extra important for me to have my clothing not become an extra sensory trigger so I need to know about tags, seams, materials, fit etc which you can’t always see on online pictures so these videos are amazing!
One thing that would be helpful is knowing what the fabric is like on the inside of sweaters/hoodies/joggers if it’s different to the outside

Totally the video I needed to see. I've just did a Autumn clear out of my gym wear because I always gravitate towards the same items. The first two sets (Elevate) I'm definitely going to buy, they are gorgeous and you look incredible wearing them. I'm wearing the Adidas Stella Mccartney gym wear that's really similar in cut and style as the elevate jacket but the Stella has the thumb sleeve thingy. The beige training sweatshirt is also a good contender for my wardrobe. Great haul Carys ❤

Love your channel. Finding UK and US do not have same colors available. Of course what you showed that I like not available. I could watch you style and try on all day! Really helps. I can’t find good supportive workout bras because of 32g. Either the cup fits and the bottom band is too loose or the band fits and boobs spill out everywhere. The struggle is real! my gyno always said to not wear underwear as much as I could because there needs to be air flow. since I stopped wearing them as much as I can Ive had wayyy less yeast infections. TMI but as a women we all need to spread tips around.

Do you feel like the Elevate leggings or Sweat Seamless are more flattering on the glutes?? If anyone in the comment section knows/has tried them, I’d love input because I want to buy a pair but I really would be disappointed if it came and makes my glutes look flatter. I’ve also heard Adapt looks good but I like the waistline of Elevate and Sweat

I really want to order but last year I ordered vital seamless legging because I live in the pair I bought like 5 years ago.
They sent me ones that had clearly been worn. They smelled like fabric softener and the logo had been washed off.
I returned but I couldn't report that there was a problem with the leggings. I was super disappointed. I used to order lots from gymshark.

Hey, i have the flex leggings. They are a thicker material, not buttery soft and not super stretchy. I am between M and L, and have the flex leggings in L. My black ones are tighter then my green ones 😊 They are ok, but I prefer the crossover leggings atm.
Love this video I am going to try order I am a size 10 would you go for a small or X's? I get confused on there size guide 😊
It depends on what fit you like. I tend to go for small in sports bras and bottoms and then medium in tops/jumpers because I prefer it slightly looser on top. But I could fit in an xs bottom if I wanted it to be more compressing and it wouldn’t feel uncomfortable.

Too bad that there is not much made of cotton to choose from. Most of their products are made of plastic fibers which is not healthy for the skin and hormonal system. I was looking for a good black leggings and found it elsewhere made from organic cotton.
Your presentation, however, is really great. I get a good idea of the fit and sizes.

I have bigger boobs also. Do any of the bras fully support you if you're jumping around etc? Or should I look elsewhere?
Clearly all these bras are not suitable for bigger breast. Maybe they are comfortable for strange reason, but looks bad, and has no support whatsoever. Im a bigger breasted girl also, I could never uderstand the need for the boobs to fly all over the place, all the way down to the belly button, and saying,OMG., its soooo beautiful😊its not.Not feminine, not pretty, not sexy, its just an unkept look. Never mind that is extremely uncomfortable for exercise purposes.
