I Made Pacman but it's 3D. After seeing CodyCantEatThis recreate retro games in a voxel style I was inspired to make this.

There was a Pacman 3D on the Spectrum. Was actually the first Pacman game I'd ever played.
After a quick Google, it was called Pacmania. Also released on the Amiga.

This looks pretty cool! You could also have added some Light effects to make it more interesting to look at. Maybe the Ghosts Glowing in frightened mode?
