    I love this...amazing talk. Would be great to do a live with Seneff and Kruse and Max! Would love to know more about deuterium levels in fertilizers. Back in WW2 as Dr. Seneff mentions about the studies done with deuterium because it was used in nuclear weapon development. But what a lot of people don't know is that it was a natural byproduct of fertilizer production. So if we are using fertilizer (even in organically grown crops) are we introducing deuterium uptake into the plant material itself? Or even animal feed sourced from fertilizers would naturally create meat high in deuterium levels.
    An interesting agricultural study would be testing deuterium levels in all types of crops grown. I'm guessing we would find crops grown with organic compost or permaculture / biodynamic farming and the like would naturally produce low deuterium plants.

    This was a wonderful discussion! I especially enjoyed the discussion on methylation and glyphosate.
    I have been healing paradoxical B12/cobalamin deficiency (where it is high in the serum but cannot be used), according to Gregory Russell Jones' research, which explains the need to replete iodine, molybdenum, selenium, and B2 in order to use B12. Interestingly, he works mostly with autistic children. I am having great success. That being said, I also eat an animal based diet and do not have much glyphosate exposure.

      @@farmer_donny I'm glad that worked for you and you're no longer deficient. I offer my experience to help those who may be dealing with more complex situations.
      Minerals are fundamental and essential to the usage and absorption of most B vitamins. I have found that the one downside of carnivore is that it can make it a bit more difficult to amass and balance minerals. Carnivore is wonderful, and it is how I have eaten for the last 3ish years, but unfortunately it cannot necessarily meet the (sometimes massive) need for minerals to use B2/B12, as well as B1. In my case, probably no particular diet could have met those needs, to be honest. I had plenty of B12 in my serum but it was not being used by my body because of the mineral deficiencies.

    Hey Sara, with your Mineral Course, you offer the Bonus Modul about Thiamine - Vitamin B1.
    I'm wondering if B1 isn't a problem regarding bringing Deuterium into the mitochondria, as it contains a methyl group right?

    • @Thebusysuperhuman
      @Thebusysuperhuman  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The B1 is only for people who are thiamin dependant or deficient and who have symptoms like neuropathy, tremors, pots, unresolvable gut issues, recovering alcoholics and other things which affects quality of life. So it’s sort of a trade off but just supplementing B1 for no reason isn’t a good idea

      Vitamin B1 deficiency and excessive carbohydrate consumption are also associated with this.

    If urine is one of the D depleting pathways, the would the urine D test not reflect this. Ie the test would be higher than the desired level in the body? Realising that D is different in different parts of the body. Where is the best average?
