dump question, does running full throtle for a long period for this motor will damage it? Also I manage to run it pass the start position but anything lower it stalls. I check both spark plug and they have fire on both.
As long as you have a proper fuel/oil mix and it is pumping water properly it shouldn't matter running for long runs. Try adjusting your low speed idle setting . Turn all the way in until it stops and back off 3/4 turn. Keep adjusting accordingly until it will idle down to a slow speed. May be a fuel issue. Make sure carb is clean. Hope this helps.
