Brother Sebastion I have gone through a very similar journey. Especially when you mentioned how you knew it was the truth and was wondering why you didn’t just become Muslim.
    Thank you for sharing 😁

So tell me, which Arabic version of the quran do you use and why that one? Or do you not even know that there are some 40 different versions of the Arabic quran we know of? Of course all these qurans were written by unknown authors. And how do you deal with all the mistakes, discrepancies, inconsistencies and contradictions in that quran as well as the approval of evil such as raping women who have been captures in battle (surah 33:50) which is adultery and wife beating (surah 4:34) as well as child marriage (surah 65:4) which means that Mohammed and his allah approved of raping little prepubescent girls. And we see that Mohammed led by example when he married a 6 year old child and then raped that child when it was just 9 years old. Clearly Mohammed disqualified himself as a prophet of GOD by the evil he perpetrated. And remember all of islam is only based what Mohammed maybe recited and how he lived.
So tell me, why do you even believe that you will be with GOD our Father in heaven on judgement day when you follow Mohammed? And do show the quran verses on which you base your belief.

@@johnzuma4688Keep on hallucinating, here a snippet what Jesus said concerning judging people
'Tell me, O man, thou that judgest another man, dost thou not know that all men had their origin in the same clay? Dost thou not know that none is good save God alone? wherefore every man is a liar and a sinner. Believe me, man, that if thou judge others of a fault thine own heart hath whereof to be judged. Oh, how dangerous it is to judge! oh, how many have perished by their false judgment! Satan judged man to be more vile than himself; therefore he rebelled against God, his creator: whereof he is impenitent, as I have knowledge by speaking with him. Our first parents judged the speech of
Satan to be good, therefore they were cast out of paradise, and condemned all their progeny. Verily I say unto you, as God liveth in whose presence I stand, false judgment is the father of all sins. Forasmuch as none sinneth without will, and none willeth that which he doth not know. Woe, therefore, to the sinner who with the judgment judgeth sin worthy and goodness unworthy, who on that account rejecteth goodness and chooseth sin. Assuredly he shall bear an intolerable punishment when God shall come to judge the world. Oh, how many have perished through false judgment, and how many have been nigh to perishing! Pharaoh judged Moses and the people of
Israel to be impious, Saul judged David to be worthy of death, Ahab judged Elijah, Nebuchadnezzar the three children who would not worship their lying gods. The two elders judged Susanna, and all the idolatrous princes judged the prophets.
Oh, tremendous judgment of God! the judge perisheth, the judged is saved. And wherefore this, O man, if not because [in] rashness they falsely judge the innocent? How nearly then the good approached to ruin by judging falsely, is shown by the brethren of Joseph, who sold him to the Egyptians by Aaron and Miriam, sister of Moses, who judged their brother. Three friends of Job judged the innocent friend of God, Job.
David judged Mephibosheth and Uriah. Cyrus judged Daniel to be meat for the lions; and many others, the which were nigh to their ruin for this. Therefore I say to you, Judge not and ye shall not be judged.' And then, Jesus having finished his speech, many forthwith were converted to repentance, bewailing their sins; and they would fain have forsaken all to go with him. But Jesus said: 'Remain in your homes, and forsake sin
and serve God with fear, and thus shall ye be saved; because I am not come to receive service, but rather to serve.'
And having said thus, he went out of the synagogue and the city, and retired into the desert to pray, because he loved solitude greatly.

Will I receive their reward?” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “You have embraced Islam along with the good you have done.”

Alhamdulillah, welcome home (to Islam) brother! I'm a born Muslim, but I get (very) lost midway - almost satanic, 'audzubillah. I found my way back to Islam after researching major religions in this world. I've been in the shoes of those "haram police" when I intensively re-learn Islam. Alhamdulillah, I found the "middle path" according to the Sunnah - insya Allah. I have three things that I usually tell a new revert:
    1) There's a reason why The Holy Quran was completely transmitted to Rasulullah SAW bit by bit in 23 years; a flower doesn't grow in one day, learn Islam little by little, at your own pace, starting from the most important thing: our obligatory salah. Everything else - insya Allah - will be put in their place
    2) There will be some annoying people - non-Muslims and also Muslims - saying bad words, or pushing you too much in learning Islam; be polite but don't mind them, have patience and always remembering Allah, consider this as a test from Allah to see how much you really serious in submitting to Him. This is a privilege, not a punishment!
    3) There are no "perfect" Muslims; we all have struggles. Our primary obligations are to have good intentions, try our best to implement them, and have tawaqul afterward; the result is up to Allah. And remember: Jannah is full of sinners who repent.
Stay safe and healthy, and may Allah bless and guide us all. Salam from Indonesia. Wassalamu'alaikum...
*this video really changed my life while I was in the phase of re-learning Islam, especially to always stay humble in gaining knowledge, please watch this th-cam.com/video/vH-hAa_IEug/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1cD1rHHKzcrxFLPG

You can't drink alcohol or eat pork... and there's the Ramadan month fasting... I prefer to stay as Christian Catholic, the religions of my parents

Here my questions and maybe you can answer at least some of them.
    1) The quran states that Mohammed’s “the god” (that is all that allah means) is guarding the quran. Yet I have TWO very different versions of the quran in Arabic right here at home, which proves that the quran is not perfectly preserved. We also read that Uthman burnt all of the versions of the quran based on what Mohammed recited which shows that Uthman did not believe that the quran was from GOD. So did Mohammed lie about “the god” guarding the quran, or was Mohammed’s “the god” not capable of guarding the quran? Either way, this proves that the quran is not from GOD.
    2) Do you know that there are some 40 different versions of the Arabic quran we know of? So which quran is the one kept by Mohammed’s “the god” in heaven? And which version of the quran do you use and why that one?
    3) These different versions of quran were written by unknown authors. As this is something Muslims keep throwing at Christians about the Gospel writers, how does one deal with the fact that the quran writers are all unknown? This makes hypocrites out the people who follow Islam.
    4) How does one deal with all the mistakes and contradictions in the quran? Muslims claim the quran is perfect, so why all the mistakes and contradictions?
    5) How does one deal with the approval of evil in the quran such as raping women who have been captures in battle (surah 33:50) which is rape and adultery, both are evil and condemned by GOD as being evil.
    6) How does one deal with wife beating (surah 4:34). Would you like your father to beat your mother? I would not, so how can I accept that this is from GOD?
    7) How does one deal with child marriage (surah 65:4) which means that Mohammed and his allah approved of raping little prepubescent girls (those who have not menstruated) which is pure evil. And we see that Mohammed led by example when he married a 6 year old child and then raped that child when it was just 9 years old.
    8) So tell me, why do you believe you will be with GOD our FATHER in heaven on judgement day when you follow Mohammed?
You see to me this clearly disqualified Mohammed as a prophet of GOD which means that islam cannot be from GOD. And remember all of islam is only based what Mohammed maybe recited and how he lived.

I said this because many people say in convert stories that turning to a religion, whether it be Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and that it "changed their life" almost immediately, it was't the case for me because I was basically in the state of belief for a while but never fully testified. I'm not sure what you're trying to get at by questioning this but i hope God guides you and everyone the same. :D

Hey, how's it going? I have a feeling you might not be entirely sincere, but I'll answer your questions to the best of my ability anyway.
1 & 2. Allah means 'The God' in English. As God is eternal, Allah has always existed as the one and only God, even before the 7th century.
      3. Muhammad (pbuh) is recognized in the Quran as the final prophet of God, sent to guide humanity.
      4. The morality of Muhammad (pbuh) was divinely ordained, as the Quran states that he spoke and acted based on revelation, making his words and actions a form of guidance for believers.
      5. The Quran is considered the eternal word of God by Muslims. It was revealed by Allah to Muhammad (pbuh) through the angel Gabriel over 23 years.
      6. Portions of the Quran were written down during Muhammad’s (pbuh) lifetime, and it was compiled into a complete text shortly after his passing.

lol in Hebrew the name of "God" is Aloh... In Aramaic its Alohim .. The root letters in these three languages for Allah, Aloh and Alohim is the same and I.e Alif, Lam and ha..
The holy name Allah can also be spelled as Alloah in English and Aloh in Hebrew can also be written as Aloah in English. The way we write it now is just a popular practice.. Aloh is also written as elah..

    Isaiah 43:1-28
[1] But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. [2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. [3] For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. [4] Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life. [5] Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west; [6] I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth- [7] Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him.” [8] Bring out the blind people who have eyes, And the deaf who have ears. [9] Let all the nations be gathered together, And let the people be assembled. Who among them can declare this, And show us former things? Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified; Or let them hear and say, “It is truth.” [10] “You are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me. [11] I, even I, am the Lord, And besides Me there is no savior. [12] I have declared and saved, I have proclaimed, And there was no foreign god among you; Therefore you are My witnesses,” Says the Lord, “that I am God. [13] Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it?” [14] Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “For your sake I will send to Babylon, And bring them all down as fugitives- The Chaldeans, who rejoice in their ships. [15] I am the Lord, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your King.” [16] Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea And a path through the mighty waters, [17] Who brings forth the chariot and horse, The army and the power (They shall lie down together, they shall not rise; They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick): [18] “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. [19] Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. [20] The beast of the field will honor Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I give waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My people, My chosen. [21] This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise. [22] “But you have not called upon Me, O Jacob; And you have been weary of Me, O Israel. [23] You have not brought Me the sheep for your burnt offerings, Nor have you honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not caused you to serve with grain offerings, Nor wearied you with incense. [24] You have bought Me no sweet cane with money, Nor have you satisfied Me with the fat of your sacrifices; But you have burdened Me with your sins, You have wearied Me with your iniquities. [25] “I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins. [26] Put Me in remembrance; Let us contend together; State your case, that you may be acquitted. [27] Your first father sinned, And your mediators have transgressed against Me. [28] Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; I will give Jacob to the curse, And Israel to reproaches.

Have you ever considered reading the new-testament ?
Its a continuation of the prophetic line of old-testament; meaning every book talks about fulfilling prophecies of the old-testament prophets starting from Matt 1:1.
In Islam you cannot find it, not even one. No fulfilled prophecies but mostly new/copied ideas.
Moreover, Christianity spread through the sacrifice and the blood of martyrs, while Islam was spread mainly through conquests in the early few centuries.
    My advice:
Read the new testament again, early-church fathers and also the early-christians. May Christ guide you to his eternal light.

    • @sebastien-campa
      @sebastien-campa  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I appreciate your suggestion, but I must push back on a few points. The claim that the New Testament fulfills Old Testament prophecies is debated. Many of these 'fulfillments' are seen as reinterpretations or retroactive attributions, not direct fulfillments. I’ll gladly revisit the texts to explore this further.
As for Islam, it’s incorrect to say it lacks prophecies. Examples include Bedouins competing in building tall structures, their wealth from oil, widespread sexual immorality, Islam reaching every household, and the Romans defeating the Persians-all documented in Islamic sources.
Lastly, the idea that Islam spread solely by the sword is an oversimplification. While conquests played a role in early history, Islam also spread through trade, scholarship, and peaceful preaching. Christianity, too, wasn’t free from coercion and violence in its expansion. Both faiths have complex histories that go beyond simplistic narratives.

Brother, problem with Bible is not Muslim saying this . These are practicing Christian Scholar saying this even thou they are not bother by it. They accept it & moved on. There are some serious questions the way transmission of bible. Some people want to make sure if Jesus said this or that it is certainty but if you don't care then it is you. Things that are not important for you may not be the case for others. If you want to follow blindly then be it.

Romans 5:6-11 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
