It’s for people like me I don’t ever get disc so if you are someone who gets used games just keep your old one I’m getting it because I have the original Xbox one and I need to update plus i don’t have no cds only 300 Digital games
Well they actually have a program where you can actually trade in your discs at specific retailers and get a code for a digital version of the game for free, so you just have to get the game used and get a code for the used game for the same price
After 5 years GTA is still in the top selling games list for Xbox lol. What other game does that? Probably why it's that price, there's no reason to lower it more.

@@krypton1142 what do you mean just a controller? The controller connects to their servers and allows you to play, but isn't required, you can use Xbox, or ps controllers. I was in the beta, and it's legit. As long as you have a decent connection, you're good.
Demetrius Jones decent connection? So you cant play outside your home which makes its portability useless, also, as phones are very small and do not have great hardware you wouldnt be able to play well on it

It’s my opinion really and I understand people maybe don’t want to have to get up and change discs when playing a new game but I don’t see the benefit of it as of now. It gonna cost 260$ dollars (which is more than an Xbox One S) when it should be way less. It only gives you one Terabyte (A lot of games are over 100 gb so you won’t be able to store a lot of games on this). The games that are included are kind of mediocre and overall it looks exactly like the Xbox One S, like they could’ve at least done something different with the design so it could stand out more so it won’t confuse the consumers who are new to Microsoft. I think it’s a cool idea but poorly executed.

Or you can just get the Xbox One S 1TB Battlefield V Bundle for $200 and keep the disc drive. That way you have $56 (tax) extra to spend on video games, gold membership, and game pass membership. Honestly Microsoft should have released this at $200. No one's going to buy this when you can get the console with a disc drive for $50 cheaper at Walmart.

I understand that some people only buy digital titles, and that's perfectly fine. My argument is that as of right now, one costs $250, and the other costs $200. When the Xbox One SAD becomes cheaper, I would recommend that one to people that like digital games.

I'm sure that some people might want a sleek box without the disc drive, but I highly doubt that's the vast majority based on what I have seen so far. Most were hoping it would be smaller, have more space, and in some cases they were hoping that it would be cheaper.

This is the exact same console, they might as well have just covered the drive and left it inside for how much they charge. No reason to feel guilty, I have the One X and I still think this is a great buy...I literally only have one game on disk, and it's the first Red Dead Redemption that was on 360 lol. I just find so many sales on digital games that it kinda just became convenient, plus gamepass.
@@alexvswrld Me too. On my 360 99% of my games were digital. With one or two being used from EB Games. Xbox has really good sales as compared to PS. Steam is still the best and no one complains its digital. It's very convinent.
At least you won't have to worry about the disk reader breaking or a game copy being sold out or wasting gas and not paying tax for your games and the games are yours kept in your Xbox account now that's cool and the all digital edition looks SEXY 😄
