Real rock sliders for the save
Thank god for those rock sliders 😅
I need to get some
Those rock sliders are easily worth 20k after that line alone.
Doing exactly what they're named for
I just ordered some rock sliders from victory 4X4, I won't be this extreme off-road I'm actually more worried about the stupid teenager that is texting and driving that smashes into me in their Prius.
Finally someone who buys a truck and actually uses it 🤙🏾
Nah that motor may blow a bearing at any time. Toyota is hot garbage these days. The 5.7 was king.
Hell yeah! If you bought it for off-roading, why wouldn't you? This guy is doing it right!
Truth🤙🏼🤙🏼
Exactly! Get your money's worth out of it!
This is not off-roading, this is just pure stupid. I'm sure this truck is already at the junk yard for parts with roof caved in.
True
@@borisk4444probably I think the bottom of the car has already been scratched by rocks
For all you people who don't enjoy the hobby, that is what skid plates and rock sliders are for. Actually sounds like he might be using crawl control too. Its kinda like off rd cruise control that makes your truck sound broken.
I’ve never understood the hype about this hobby. So expensive and I’d be so anxious the whole time
Def not a problem if you got money to throw around like these people but if youre like us 99% of peasants in their right minds you wouldnt be beating the shit out of a brand new truck cuz you busted your back to buy one.
@@ggsdude1 yeah i am one of those peasants. I have a 96 4runner that could totally do these trails but ain’t no way my broke ass going to do that
@goldvoltz4866 yea and logically some things are stupid like rooftop tents, riding with that 24/7 to go on a once a year trip when you can just use a truck bed tent. It seems these days like its more about how much money you can throw onto a truck/suv instead of real life actual use.
ditto
That just means its not for you 😅
My wallet says I need to own this same Tacoma for the next 15-20 years so I’m gunna need to say no
Tacoma??
This is a Tundra, not a Tacoma. Get it right
@@Matrixpandagamer I was talking about my personal vehicle
What year is your Tacoma? How is it going so far?
That's Tacoma's big bro
Hell yeah that’s what it’s built for!!
No problem..if I was a millionaire
Going down is the easy part, let's see it go up!
Drive it like you stole it😍
Exactly!
Only if I was making 500k a year 🤷🏽 but with my hard earned money 💰 I wouldn't
🤣🤣
That's what it's made for. If the parking lot crawlers stopped buying them, the people who want to use them for what they were made for could afford them. All that noise is the protection and sliders that are put on there for what he's doing not to show off his wallet size. If you want to keep it on pavment, buy a car or a street truck.
Not made for almost flipping 😂😂😂😂😂. You probably don’t make 80 k a Year and you think this it ok , unless the guy is rich
@kevinkidneyy but he didn't flip it or scratch it. He has rock sliders on the bottom. I make just over 80k a year and bought a brand new nissan frontier pro4x in 2021 for off reading. Its a lifestyle. I say the same thing when I see expensive shoes, purses, and things that people spend 1000s on.
If you’re running a business then it’s a fleet vehicle. The trade it’s about pushing the vehicle to its limits. So the answer is clear, yes without any hesitation.
🤙🏼🤙🏼
I wouldn't buy one, let alone do this. They're ugly, and sometimes eat main bearings in NORMAL driving.
Oh sure, you can buy F150 with spark plug ejection from cylinder head, or defective transmission on Ram 1500, or 1-star safety rating on Jeep Rubicon, or battery draining on GMC Canyon, should I list American truck major flaws for you to see?
@@rudetoy8264 Brother, I think the Ford spark plug ejection thing was like 20 years ago. I have not heard of the new Ecoboost doing that. But NONE of the things you listed are nearly as bad as replacing an entire junk Toyota engine at low mileage, at a reported cost of THIRTY THOUSAND dollars. It's the WORST pickup engine disaster I've ever heard of!
You didn't mention Nissan. Do you have things to say about them as well? I am hearing lots of satisfied comments from actual buyers of the Frontier.

This should be titled “When you push your brand new Tundra, with $15,000.00 worth of aftermarket parts it never came with, to the limit.” A stock Tundra couldn’t do this. Good for the owner for pushing it to the limit, though.
👍
Any stock 1/2 ton 4X4 could do that but without the armor it would be in rough shape
I'm glad to see it here and not in some mall parking lot.
for sure, and how about you? practicing what you preach?

If I have it on a lease yes I am sending it
I probably would not just for the simple reason there is no insurance when you go off road like that. If you roll that truck over and total it out, you still have to pay for it.
Well, if you buyimg an off-road truck for what it's made for your not worried about insurance. If you have an off-road truck with no scrapes or dents, you're just making it harder for the people who should own them to buy them.
@@rddowler211 spoken like a true youngster.
Well I have a 4X4 truck and it does go off road, I prefer to use my Jeep though. I’m a practical man, that is a new truck in the video. Insurance doesn’t cover a thing if that truck is damaged off road, my pockets are not that deep to not worry about rolling over a new truck.
@David Scanland well I'm 40 so not sure how much of a youngster I am haha. But I have a 2022 nissan frontier pro 4x. That I offroad all the time. It's dented and scratched. If I wasn't going to off road it I would buy the SL. It comes woth better road handling tires, and can carry and tow more weight. But people want the ones that look cool. Those are known as parking lot crawlers. That's why the off road versions cost so much. Like a Rubicon. If you're not going to off road it, the locking front and rear differentials, disconnecting sway bar are a waste of money and the big tires will get you killed on the highway. That's all I'm saying. Don't buy an off road truck unless you want to get it dirty. 4wheel drive doesn't make it an off road truck.
You don’t buy a TRD to just street drive.
I would definitely do this. With someone else's rig.
Nope. Unless you’ve just got way too much cash to know what to do with you don’t care about the value of your possessions. Buy one of those two or four person OHV vehicles for a 10th of the price. This is just stupid. Whistling diesel level foolishness.
40 years ago, yes! Now, YOU roll your truck while I watch.
If I did the mods myself then yeah, go for it. If I had to pay for it then No...then again I probably don't have as much $ as this dork. BTW who takes a new style Tundra off road - there's no front tow hooks!
Me and a buddy drove north for this a few years ago, truck was a weekend old. When we drive home it was creaking like an old bed spring and the doors wouldn’t close without slamming.
Truck was never the same..
What kind of truck what year model
I would feel confident it’s a tundra it will make it.
if you got too much money why not. buy new one every month, wreck a few, do crazy stuff, have fun, enjoy life
I’d love to see a Chevy do that!
🤣🤣
Facts LMAO. 😂😂😂
I think the Tundra is the only truck on the planet that could get that done 🤡
Easy, mid size trucks are shorter wheel base plus way better departure angle. Hold my beer and I'll get the z71.
@@nate8930 better check for recalls first 😂

Might as well have tied all that stuff to the top of a Camry and get the same result.
Camrys come with lockers now? 😂
Toyota sent him a lifetime all inclusive warranty for doing this video.
The 2024 Turbo Toyotas have the quality and reliability of a 2 legged race horse.
That was incoherent
You’re wrong but ight
@@chasecorbin9339google it. Massive recalls due to main bearing failures and a bunch of other engine related stuff
According to peasants who can't afford one 😂. Most people that have them love them.
@@gojomodu9934 You know nothing of Toyots I personaly Drive 3 Tundra a 4 runner and a camery. I also have an old small Ford that runs great also. My first truck was a 91 Toyota pickup. I am keeping telling the truth do not Buy a Turbo Toyota and expect Quality. You wanna know why my Honda 110 engine still puts like a kitten at 43 years old and and my 86 250r has been rebuilt 4 times. The do the same thing on the same trails over the years just completly diffrent because I have the R built and am pushing that motor just like a small turbo Toyota engine pumping big numbers its dependability is Severly compromised. And as a poor pesant I prefer quality and am proud to call Toyota quality that is putting out compromised product and a real Toyota person like me can wait for them to fix the failures. I have plenty of time left on my vehicles concidering the truck is well under 100k miles the car at 120k and the 4 runner at 140k. So I thank you for being a US Democrat Toyota forced engine tester.
Playing with fire . Just get a old truck and do that not at 80 k truck
I feel like full size picks up can struggle a little more than midsize pick ups on a trail like that
I’m smart enough to never buy one in the first place
Brave. With skill.
Exactly!
If i was rich..yea no problem
This might be a dumb question or already answered or whatever but what kinda side sliders are those
Might as well, the engine is going to blow anyways 😂
If he takes this type of risk, it’s really a matter of time before he rolls it
Wahhhhh
Aren't worried of body damage?
This is to the limits?? Bro every 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen 4Runner is telling you to hold their beer 😂😂
Toyota 👍❤
The best😍
Better before it eats the engine😂 I always think of that Modern Toyota video that was the Tacoma trying to go up a decent grade Hill that got halfway up and blue the engine because Toyota can figure out to make the sump in the oil pan lower. Just Toyota trying to be a truck company again LOL
Only a rich man would do this.
Regular , blue collar, working class folks can't afford to tear up a reliable vehicle we need for work, going for supplies and going out to make firewood.
Been doing this with my 2017 tacoma for 7 years and no problems with the truck other than the usual oil and brake changed
I would .. if it's the only way out
The motor won’t last. Might as well
He'll no, transfer case gonna snap.
Yea, this idiot done tore his truck up!
Yes. That's what it's made for. Use it!
More money than brains? Or more credit than brains? Only the repo man knows for sure.
If that’s what I bought and modded it for then hell yea.
Recorded vertically:(
Sliders are worth every penny 😊
I just can’t afford to fix it. So I rather not break it. Lol
Nope
🤣
I respect this man….or woman….I mean what’s the point of getting a 4WD truck with skit plates and rock sliders if you never gonna put them to good use? You might as well get a regular 2WD truck if your not gonna go off-roading
Hard to watch
Over 70k in a truck to make a useless short video for likes and clicks, lmao sure, why not. How much dumber can civilization get.
YES!!! Your Tacoma thanks you for that!
Guysh aving fun.I bought a brand new Jeep first weekend out did the hardest trails in arizona broke it in
Oh hell no!
Not worth it
I love off road TRDs … but I don’t like getting my cars dirty??? :-/
It looked pretty tippy there. I thought turning to the right a bit would be safer. He's got a lot of weight on the top. It wouldn't be worth much after a rollover.
If you spent $70k as a recreational vehicle... Yes. If spent as primary vehicle to last several years.... No.
She bought the rock sliders why not replace the bumpers
Hungry
70k truck with $15k in mods.... hell no!!!
All highway miles, roof rack cost me 15k. Bad boy rims and stickers. Asking 75k. I know what I have, no low balls
Must be nice to have 80 grand just to f@ck it up and have fun. Some expensive hobby.. At the end the day, you don’t put a price tag on something you love or love doing..I envy you guys!!
Lol I could never run this clean ass truck over rocks. You need a separate rig for that
Only if I had plenty of additional funds to fix broken part.
He will be like
Tundra for sale ... slightly City Driven...
If you have the disposable income to take risks, then yea. That's what you bought it for
One thing about off road community. Literally same as the racing ricer community, only with trucks though. Smh.
Umm why wouldn't you use it like this?? You spent thousands to NOT use it?? All the carahart wearing sissys are like " im still making payments screw that" . What so in 10 years or 20 years when its paid off you will? Or when you pay it off and sell it before using it? . I hate all you offroad posers.. if your not gonna go bust scratch or possibly flip it in its temp plate then just get a car
Wish I could throw away my money...but it's sad cause I definitely would...
I would but I wouldn't put everything that is heavy on your roof. Dude, their's close too 500lbs so freak'n high. This guy's center of gravity is so screw up, no wonder her was 3 wheeling it. If kept things low, this obstacle would have been a breeze. Typical overlander
I sold new Toyotas for over a decade and actually say that i would not buy a Tundra made from 2022 through 2024. They are beautiful designed, but the engineering is terrible. I hate to put it this way. I bleed Toyota red. Toyota, what's going on? Please fire your female top engineer. She is hurting Toyota 😢
With a full sponsorship, hot channel, a million subscribers, full coverage insurance and the truck outfitted with plates, rails, lockers, sway bar button and the truck being totally donated by the sponsorship company and it's affiliates, you bet your bottom id take a brand new truck down this trail
Regardless of brand, i honestly wouldnt do it. These vehicles are an arm and a leg just to get in your driveway and overland it with all the mods. Id do it to a tried and true 10+ year old vehicle with no warranty to void, just my $0.02 :)
It was so painful and teeth gridding to watch how this thing defied gravity and almost became an upside down rock roller. 🤮😱😵💫🤦🏻♂️🧔♀️
Chulada algun dia boy a tener una para mis aventuras
I would not do this to my Tundra no matter how capable it is! That is ABUSE of the Truck. Unless TOYOTA is willing to replace it after I do this stunt!
R4T 🤦🏼♂️ Toyota will do anything to copy GM. AT4 😂
No I won't do anything like that to my 2023 Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD but I have taken it down very muddy roads ect
Why? How different is your life after all this damage?
Crap 💩 engine V6
The 5.7 V8 Tundra proven durability and reliability
Id rather buy a reliable shit box to do this. Mind you, if you have enough money its ok, while watching 50% of usa starving 😂😂😂😂😂
I'm thinking this is more of a Company truck than a personal truck.
Better get the good out of it in the first 3 months of it being new... the engine is gonna blow on that sucker even if you are just driving 55 mph to the mall. Glad I did my research before buying one. Will stick with my old one until they work out the quality issues they are having.
Once your at that point of no return you can only keep on going doesn’t matter if he wants to or not
Truth!
