Roxas is easy to use, simply copy the five .edat files into the folder on your PSP with other D012 DLC and he'll be usable as Zidane DLC2 in-game. That's it.
Using Sora and the stage mod are more complex, instructions can be found in this thread and on the relevant links on the first post.

Please do not ask me how to use them, the reason being I'm not that proficient myself and needed help getting my Sora and Aqua to work, and once accidentally corrupted my ISO and had to copy the entire thing onto my PSP fresh. I don't want to cause problems or confuse people by, as they say, the blind leading the blind. Haha, I'm amazed you got this to work.
It's really intimating to look at the suite and hexcode program that I essentially just gave up. The tutorials on the forum were kinda complicated to understand.
I just hope that I'll be able to get it down.

I love the use of Roxas in this mod. His attacks match his actual character very well... and I love how he can send his Keyblades out to shoot out beams like that. :P

Yup, anyone with the sound clips and willingness, as long as they credit me for the replay and the mods to their makers.
At the time Sora was made, the maker didn't have the ability to make new DLC. He's currently in the process, I believe, of converting his old mods including Sora to new DLCs

I gotta say Roxas does work rather well with Zidane's moveset. Not sure how I feel with Sora having Cloud's moveset, seems like it'd be move of a fight for Terra.
Makes me wonder who the other characters, like Xehanort, Riku, and Vanitas would work with.
i would like to see that SE make a thing like this official, and i'm the only one who loves more roxas than sora?

Funny thing about this is that Dissidia was originally a Kingdom Hearts game but square felt uncomfortable with Disney characters fighting each so just put in final fantasy characters only

Sorry, I'm not sure. If you ask on Dissidiaforums though, there's a DLC download pack they made with all the DLC outfits, you can download that and then get Roxas, can get all the other DLC too of course.
I wasn't expecting Sora and Roxas to have Cloud's and Zidane's voices still.

if they're .edat files, yup, that's the one, just put the Roxas .edats in that folder and he'll be Zidane DLC2, usable like any other outfit. Sora as explained in the summary is more complex to use.

Considering that the entire Dissidia series was originally intended to be a Kingdom Hearts fighting game, that's no surprise.
The Keyblade was an oversight by Espio. Roxas has to hold them that way because he replaces Zidane. Espio provides the handwave it's Roxas partially merged with Ven or something :p

For Roxas, simply download the linked file and copy the five .edat files into the folder with your other DLC in the GAME folder of your PSP. Sora, you'd have to ask on Dissidiaforums, I don't recall if he's been made standalone DLC like Roxas and if not then it's a complex process to use him, if so download whoever has a link for that and do as with Roxas. The stage mod, you flat need the Dissidia Modding Suite, ask about it on Dissidiaforums.

Mine is titled "ULUS10556" under the GAME folder. I believe it's whatever number combination your Dissidia saves use.
Has no one notice that Sora's keyblade is the wrong way and Roxas is holding his keyblades backwards?

By the way, since Roxas is an additional DLC instead of replacement, and is much easier to install than Sora, why don't all mods make use of this i.e. why isn't Sora DLC2?

It was actually intended to be a Kingdom Hearts fighting game, but Disney wouldn't hand over the rights to the characters. So they went with Final Fantasy instead.

Well, there's not going to be a Dissidia 3, so there's no chance of it, but yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing Roxas or co. as unlockable side characters.
All characters in Dissidia had some role to play in the war, even the secret characters. Prishe gave the Warrior his name, and Gabranth and Shantotto were in earlier cycles.
Well, to be more accurate, Disney would feel uncomfortable with the fighting and all.
But since Disney is getting into the idea of a Smash Bro's style fighting game, perhaps there'll be some hope for this in the future.
I don't see why Square Enix hasn't consider this kind of thing already.
Final Fantasy is pretty much canon with Disney now. We can't honestly say they feel out of place together. That's thanks to Kingdom Hearts.
you do realize that wasn't in every japanese release, right? that fight was only in the Final Mix of KHII, which was released after the fact.
Let me guess a reskin hack of cloud vs Zidane and then just I don't know either reskinning a map or just creating one either way this is pretty cool and I just realized some so doing a new Dissidia a game they might include Kingdom Hearts characters
SE owns the original characters. But that would only be half the game due to, well, no Disney characters.
The issue here is that the KH franchise revolves heavily around Disney characters. It wouldn't be Kingdom Hearts if there was no Donald or Goofy, for instance.

I know but it's my way of expressing... malcontentedness at the fact that a lot of games I like are Japan exclusive; Or in KH's case, they always get more. (ex. American BBS gets a secret boss, Japan re-releases to include a secret boss in arena mode.)
