Not all coaches are the same. Mike needs guys who can make moves on the field thinking on the fly. He has guys that need to be told what to do in every circumstance. Overpay for the right guys out of the portal and you get 13-0 again. The coaches didn't change from last year, the players did!
Both. Army and Navy have far less talent but far better coaching and they are both better teams. The coaching has been really bad. Many of these players were highly sought after because they are talented. We’ve failed at developing the players.

The Coaching, and I would say even more so, IS WHAT PLAYS, ARE BEING CALLED, AND "WHEN" ! It seems like this offensive unit, is not understanding the "flow" of a modern College Football game. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE COACH NORVELL....LET THE QB1 DROP BACK, AND THROW THE DAMN FOOTBALL, DEEP....😮 Florida State, has naturally talented young men, but the play calling "handcuffs" that FSU Talent, like on every drive....THROW THE BALL DEEP/DOWN THE FIELD, AND LET THESE YOUNG MEN MAKE PLAYS !!!!!

There are no player leaders on the team that damand excellence out of their teammates and the development of the guys who have been sitting waiting their turn isn't there not the QBs because of their age but if you are in yr 3+ where is the on field development
Mike Norvell should renegotiate a new buy out and gracefully step away,claim health issues or substance abuse. If FSU goes 1-11/2-10 he's a dead man walking and will never get a big time gig again. It's best for FSU and Mike for a parting of ways.

It’s going to be many years before FSU comes back from this if ever. My opinion is that in this new world of NIL and transfer, FSU will become a mediocre program for good.

Both...but mostly coaching, as it's the coaches who are responsible for getting the "talent" and then developing that talent.
Even last year the coaching was not good! The talent from the portal covered up lack of good coaching.
1000% the number of three n outs we had was gut wrenching for the talent we had

I moved to the Tallahassee area in 1994. FSU has NEVER been talent short. NEVER

The early buzz in Tallahassee this season was that 60 point ass whooping from the Dawgs last season literally sucked the life out of the program.
Atkins and Dugan have to go. Dugans main criticism at Miami was the wr couldn’t catch anything. The oline is terrible and getting worse

Calls Michigan “terrible” after losing a HC and QB to the NFL🤷🏽♂️. Let’s keep the focus on our own issues before critiquing another program.

Calm down, every great program goes through a period of suckiness. Just have some patience, for about 8 to 12 years.
