I was born in Haiti 🇭🇹 to a middle class family. Worked hard to get scholarships since I was 11 Years old. Because of that I went to the Best schools, even those my parents would hardly be able to afford. I learned English and applied to come to an American University. I competed with thousands for a full ride scholarship sponsored by the Department of State. I got it. Also talked to a lawyer to stay after my studies. She said it was impossible. Found another lawyer. In the process of staying after a J1 visa.
Going back home is playing Russian roulette with my life. I have so much to live for. I hope they let me stay 😊

I have some friends who got their O1 visas as scientists.

@@ChristinaMyatte You need to be able to work "to save" money for lawyers. She needed a visa to be able to work in US. Not the student visa that she had.

Thanks for this very interesting short!
    About your O-1 Visa:
For this visa, I read you need some eligibility criteria, like winning a nationally or internationally recognized award and so on. Did you have all of this? Or isn’t it mandatory finally?

I have been here in the Bay Area for 10 yr went to the best schools and worked for the big four. I personally find it disturbing selling this nonsense to outsiders. By nonsense I mean every single superficial video you make. No skills, no education, I made it, you can too…
What exactly is the value you are bringing to the table? Walking around with a camera? Your content is not motivational, it’s misleading to say the least.

Omg, *this*, a million times this! 👍👍👍
This girl started appearing in my feed all of a sudden the last few days, and I am scratching my head here - how did THIS kind of content attract almost a million subscribers? What value does she offer to people?
I am so glad somebody said something.

Also, I am Russian too (well, have lived in the US a lot longer now than back there) and her accent annoys me to no end. It's affected and it doesn't sound Russian - I don't know what the hell it is supposed to be.

What I gather from the comments: scam people out of money, marry rich, start own company, tell Americans how great it is to be rich in America
