I got Seven the other day. Also, have the Doctor and Janeway. Missed out on Tuvok as well, but I'm trying to hunt him down.
To the question is Voyager the best series in the Star Trek franchise? I would answer it's one of them and a personal favourite of mine.

Dang! Did you find Tuvok on eBay? I still need to hunt down the Doctor too. Totally agree, can’t say conclusively Voyager is the best but it’s a blast.

It needs a seamless body. Face needs more detail and face color with body is off. What are these people thinking?
