Fruit Parfait

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
    ½ cup sliced strawberries
    ½ cup blueberries
    ½ cup raspberries
    ¼ cup granola (see Homemade Granola Video)
    In a glass jar; place 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, add the strawberries, another 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, add the blueberries, 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, add the raspberries, top with the remaining yogurt and sprinkle with the granola.
    Making fruit parfaits is a great breakfast to start your day. They are great to put into your children’s lunches or just for a healthy treat. I hope you would consider making it for your family.
