@@mannyoliveira776 Oh I agree it is the weakest Sens jersey. I personally love the =O= jerseys and their current home and away set are top-notch! I just think it gets a little too much hate when there are far worse jerseys out there. In my opinion at worst it is just meh... though I do like the Sens script and wish it was on a less busy jersey because it probably be pretty fondly remembered if it was.

Edit: ah, 3D Sen Head. Sorry but you are wrong. Current and 90s jerseys are so much better than any jersey with the 3D head. I moved to Ottawa in early 2000s and I have alot of nostalgia for those teams during the 2000s but I always thought the logo was so goofy looking and I rocked a 90s white home jersey when I went to games

The black =O= Heratige jersey is gorgeous, and my personal favorite. The current set is an overall upgrade from their previous set. Although the Logos, and fonts from 2007 I always liked.
Mine too, until this year's Reverse retro. I always get comments when I go to games with my O jersey on how nice it is. Wish I had a cream one as well
I love their Reebok Heritage “O” jerseys, the beige and the black, and I have both. I wish they made those their main uniforms (with maybe the RR 1.0 as a third)
I remember the team saying they would switch to the Os as their permanent home and away jerseys in either the 2015 or 2016 off-season (can't remember which) and I was passed that they didn't, because they are some of the nicest jerseys Ottawa has had, and I hated the jerseys at the time. Not terrible jerseys, but just so generic and the design is just copied from the late 2000s penguins jerseys. I moved to Ottawa from Calgary in the early 2000s and I always preferred the away jersey over the home because the 3d Sen head just looks dumb. It looks like a high school team logo, and on some of the 3rd party merchandise the eyes are terrifying lol
The Heritage jerseys are great and i love that the "white" is actually cream

How do you feel about Tarasenko? I'm hoping he can match DeBrincat's production. I'm stoked about Korpisalo and our defense. A Full training camp and season for Chychrun, Sanderson's emergence last season, Chabot is overdue for a good season, and Tyler Kleven Killing it in training camp, future looks bright. Defense used to be a liability but I'm hoping it's a strength for us now. Bottom 6 will likely be our issue this season
@@nathanbrisebois8756 Pinto Will be back on the third line, so that’s some depth scoring. Plus, we don’t need Tarasenko to completely replace Debrincat’s scoring. Norris is back as well. Korpi looks good, Kleven is a stud already, Sanderson is our top defensive D-man who will also probably get 40-50 points, Chabot will be able to return to form as he’ll be playing less, Chychrun is the team’s best all around D-man.

Great video I too own every Sens jersey they’ve had in my collection since I’m a big fan. One thing I’ll say though living in Ottawa, fans really didn’t like the 3D logo and jerseys from 2007-2020. It was also weird how the Sens stuck with it through the years and didn’t make any changes like other teams did especially with ditching that reebok template. I for one am glad they went back to the 2D logo and those new jerseys. They’re clean and top 10 in the league for sure.
You must be in the minority, I get crucified when I say I didn't like the 3D Sen Head, and alot of people seem to love those '08-'20 Jerseys (probably because they're closet Penguins fans and they copied their design) But the same people say the move back to 2D logo is great too. 3D Logo is straight goofy

I've worn my original Sens logo jersey to the games for years and often got comments about "Cool old school jersey". But since they brought the retro design, everyone now figures it's just a "new" "retro" jersey.
I had an old 90s home jersey (white) and moved to Ottawa in 2004. Every time I went to a game I would get comments too "sick jersey man". I am so happy they went back to the 90s style design, I HATED the 3D Sen Head, it looks like a middle school or high school logo. 2D profile is Classic and just a nice logo. Also didn't care for the '08-'20 Jerseys, they just copied the striping/pattern from the Penquins '08-'16 Jerseys and put that stupid 3D Sen Head on it 👎

Little surprised Shannon failed to mention that the original whites have black extending from the bottom of the second red stripe all the way to end of the sleeve. That part is why I like those whites so much.
They are a bit different than the current ones, better imo. I own one and it's a super nice jersey. New ones are good too, but a bit plain. I prefer the current homes without the white stripes however

Love the 2D logo jersey & always will. I must say though over the years the scooby doo eyes weird striping red Sens jersey has grown on me & I might buy one soon to add to my collection. Currently own the original 2D white jersey & the O black jersey.
The centennial "O" jersey is great. I have that one with Alfie's name/number.
The red Belleville jersey came out in their 3rd season so they won’t the inaugural season patch. I was working for the Belleville Sens when jersey came out and it sold like crazy that they made their home jersey their first month

I do like the 2010s Senator logo, but I never liked the striping on those jerseys. If they reused that logo with some more horizontal striping, I think it'd make for a killer 3rd jersey
I would have prefered that last years reverse retro be the old 2000s home jersey but with the 2D logo. Loved that jersey but the 3D sen head is straight goofy

I have a game worn Matthew Wedman Belleville Bulls jersey (the Belleville senators wore last year) it's my pride and joy and it's framed.
If they ever bring make another alternate jersey, it has got to be the black senagoth jersey. It is my all time fave jersey. It was perfection.

It wouldn't be like if the Canucks changed their name to millionaires. The NHL reinstated the Ottawa Senators. They are not considered an expansion franchise.
You should take one Belleville jersey and two Ottawa "o" jerseys to form a "BOO" line.

I do like all the logos besides the Senagoth. They also had a nice one that they only put on hats, my opinion is that it is the best they've done but it hasn't been on a jersey!

Agreed. The Heritage Os are probably their best jerseys in my opinion. I have a black one and I really wish I had picked up a cream one back then because they're hard to find and Hella expensive now. Current Reverse retros are pretty slick too

Ugliest - Tie between "Sens" Typeface and the Centennial Classic with the silver O and stripes. I understand the inclusion of the silver but its a super ugly jersey and i see a ton of people wearing them.

Im a proud Canadian , im a Leaf fan and im sorry but Ottawa has got to have thee worst Jersey , i mean not one of them looks good. Theyve been around since 91 or 92 and still cant get it right. Every other Canadian team looks good some great , Ottawa not. Sorry man love your collection videos though.

Toronto has had some pretty atrocious alternates recently. Toronto has nice jerseys. Why? Because they are simple. Ottawa switched to retro style based on their 90s jerseys. Why? Simplicity. I think you are biased. As am I, but at least I can admit Toronto's jerseys are nice. Our home jerseys are almost identical, just different colors, not sure what you're on about
@@chickenfkeryayOttawa has had some bad ones for sure. Toronto has barely changed theirs for 60 years because they nailed it. I think Ottawa was wise to go back to their 90s design. Take a look at both of their current home jerseys and they are basically identical besides color. 2 arm stripes, single waist stripe (Toronto's doesn't go all the way down) but ostensibly the same jersey. It's a classic design that is timeless and tons of other teams have used this striping pattern
