I am a canadian citizen who lives in Poco right now, and I passed my road test in Kingston Ontario in the 90s from the first time after that I drove for over 30 years in Canada and the US and overseas without a Major accident, but I let my Driver s license expire over 3 yrs, so I got stuck in this beautiful BC with a knowledge test which I passed from the first time and a road test, which I failed 4 times and taking it the 5th time in Burnaby in a weeks time. It is not only me. Driver exameners can fail you with good reason, which I am o. K with, but also the can fail you for no reason, or little reason. Maybe because I am over 65 now (we do not want old drivers on the road) " or maybe because I look different (originally from the middle east). First time I failed for driving too slow on a 50 km per hour road. But there were no traffic, people were at work and I drove leisurely, Second time for not giving the right of way to a car going downhill, but he moved aside and want us to go, certainly he did not know, that I am taking a road test. Third time in Burnaby, there was a sign with 30 km per hour but with An arrow over it and we did not go through the construction zone Where the sign apply, we took side road with no construction on it 4th time I am making a left turn and 2 cars raced the yellow light and they were not very close to me. I know I can complete the turn on Red, but what should I do when somebody is crossing the road slowly Where I am making the left turn? Your advice is very important to me. Nick
I appreciate how you reiterate the main principles of defensive driving in every video yet always give new and useful instructions as well. I have already taken and passed my test (first time!) but I am able to continue to learn and practice safe and efficient driving thanks to you. 👍

Do you have to provide proof of insurance an do you have to have insurance to do a dmv driver license driving test specifically oregon?
