I'm not a builder like this, but I must say that I saw a noob like mistake on your end, you made the pattern on the outside, so on the inside one of the walls always had one block rather then two with the pattern, when you do a pattern like this you need to make it even on the side you keep looking at from what I've seen so far, it looks allot better. Also, I liked the Hacker's build the most here.
