Their emotions, why they do their jobs, their goals, saving lives, cost saving, patient's choice, building brand, etc… Listen to them very closely. Don't neglect the front desks, they can give you some hints. You should help them by selling your products. I usually buy from those Reps who save my time & help me to achieve my goals.
